哈欽森海岸Spa度假村(Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa)

They are very greedy to the point that they cut happy hour a day short!!! Instead of Monday through Friday it’s only Monday through Thursday and it’s only 3 hours! Plus they charge their own guests $40 for an umbrella on the beach and they collect the seats at 5 pm!!! That’s fucking ridiculous!!

In diesem Hotel stimmt einfach alles. Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Essen gut. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strandteil mit Liegestühlen.

Me and my husband stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. The room was nice and clean and the staff was great at restocking the room every day. The food at The Drift restaurant and the hotel bars was good and the wait staff were very attentive.

We had a get away weekend, hotel was wonderful. We had a water front room that was amazing. Beach was beautiful. Restaurants were very good.

Our second time staying here and we had a fantastic time. Just 3 items we hope can be improved upon when we return. 1. The fitness center is too small and has minimal equipment. Unless it was 6 am it was too crowded to get even a basic workout in. 2. The pool chair situation was at times frustrating. Even getting down to the pool at 9:30 am we were greeted by all the chairs being "marked" and "saved" with towels and/or small personal items such as a book or shoes. Guest would apparently come down quite early and put the items on the chairs to "save" them until later (which we observed sometimes being several hours.. We had to go to the front desk to have someone come to remove these items since we were told the chairs are first come first serve (which they were very helpful with). However, it would be nice to have one of the staff monitoring this situation so that we don't have to continually go ask down at the front desk and also to prevent the awkward confrontation that will come with removing someone's items from a chair that they thought was theirs. 3. A small microwave in the room would be a nice addition. We would often bring leftovers from the restaurant (which was delicious by the way) back to the room but had no way to heat them up the next day.

Verbally assaulted by events coordinator for absolutely no reason. Over-priced, under delivered.

The convenience of ice and water and cookies to guest was a welcomed addition! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, Joseph at the front desk made us feel like royal guest, Ashley and Evan waiters were the best staff by far, Kayhleen the hostess was also great!

Our room was beautiful and our housekeeper did a great job keeping it clean. The whole resort was spotless. The food was excellent. Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.
