A bit run down but clean and an absolute bargain for the location - close to the old town but quiet too. Plentiful and varied buffet breakfast, very helpful front desk. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely stay there again

Great hotel. Room are a little dated but lobby area, canteen and common areas are modernised. Food is super super amazing here. Strongly advice you go minimum half board. That you marina for excellent housekeeping. Staff extremely hospitable, friendly and kitchen staff love cooking for guests and serving the guests.

We stayed there 2 nights while touring the Old City of Jerusalem. It was so close to Herod’s Gate(a few blocks) we did not need any transportation. They serve a nice breakfast spread that included countless varieties of authentic Palestinian delicacies. It is an all u can eat free Buffett included in the price of your room. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were air conditioned with windows. Our room even had a nice patio overlooking city. The hotel was a little old but clean and neat and well kept. I would definitely return to the hotel on my next visit to Jerusalem. While it is a very nice 3 star, it only cost a fraction of a 5 star. And we were out most of the day touring. So it made so much sense for my family. I would also strongly recommend it to others!

This is not the first time I stay at Victoria Hotel in Jerusalem. They did a full remodeling and looks and feels as a 5 stars hotel. friendly staff thru out makes you feel special. Food is original and tasty, room very clean and spacious. Highly recommended. for sure will be back again on my next visit.

Stayed at Victoria hotel for 11nights bday with my family. We got breakfast/suhor and dinner/iftar. Customer services was 11/10. So friendly and accommodating. Really went out their way during Ramadan. Always a smile on their face. Maan Autob really cares about his guest.

Une chambre donnant sur un "CarWash" , les gars lavent des voitures jusqu'a 2h30 du matin. Les fenetres c'est comme çi ils n'y en avaient pas " Le BRUIT ". La chambre très basique et la salle de bain aussi. Reste la restauration de bonne qualité. Au catalogue TUI Voyage. Attention ça gache le séjour dans cette ville Formidable.

The breakfast is superb, lot of varieties and very tasty, many fruits The staff are accomodating and iinformative Only 1 lift with 4 people max Coffee or tea making are open 24/7 The bathroom could be better 20 minutes walk to Masjidilaqsa

I spent a few nights at Victoria Hotel because of its convenient location and good price. It was very easy to walk to the Old City or up the Mount of Olives everyday. My room was quiet and clean, and the included breakfast was delicious — they have a lot of variety and I looked forward to it every morning. Some parts of the hotel seem older than others; my bathroom was not in great shape, but it was cleaned daily and it sounds like they have plans to renovate the older rooms. All of the employees that I met, from the cooks to the receptionists, were very friendly and helpful.
