Was great stay people very friendly and very clean

It says they are a pet friendly hotel but they really are not. There are only a few rooms where pets can stay. If you are not in one of those rooms they charge you an extra $250. A pet friendly hotel should be pet friendly not just limited rooms

Horrible service, hidden fees and rude front desk staff. The initial charge for a pet friendly room was $145 with taxes and everything included. However, once they saw us arrive we found out they charged us $170 for the night instead. Since we were tired from traveling, we asked the front desk the next day why we had to pay $170 for the night, the lady at the front desk then claimed their was a pet fee that wasn't included in the website. After this they charged another $13 once we left.

We stay here a lot for barrel racing (horse) and we always feel safe, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. the staff is great

The second time staying here was as great as the first time. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful.

I liked that they provided Dove hygiene products and name brand toilet paper not some generic product.

I saw a pileated woodpecker on the trees in the back lawn area. The food was fine; nothing to rave about. There were spiders in the ceiling corners of my bathroom. Since I was visiting my daughter who had been stabbed on a local rail trail, I found the only place to walk was around the parking lot and lawn area. Since I didn't know the area I didn't walk the side streets.

I spent $175 for a room. I came to the hotel with my child for rest and relaxing . The following morning I was rudely awakened at 9:30 AM by housekeeping pounding on the door not knocking nicely but pounding and saying they were told that I checked out already. Then they pounded again at 10:30 and then again at 11as I was literally getting ready to walk out the door. I went to the front desk to hand in key cards and voiced my concerns and was met with a careless attitude. He basically just nodded his head . How disrespectful that I was woken so early and couldn’t fall back asleep !
