The lady working front desk that night I checked in was wondering very pleasant. When I booked room online I was very excited to get there cause looking at the pictures online the room I booked the king size room had a jacuzzi tub in the corner of the room. I’m a long haul truck driver and my back was killing me so I couldn’t wait to soak in that tub. I walked in the room and everything looked like the pictures till I walked all the way in to find there was no tub in the corner. So false advertisement yes I would say so!! And I was just so tired I took hot shower and fell asleep on the bed. Breakfast is included in renting the room. So I went down I the morning and went into breakfast room just to find bread, yogurt, apples, and a cereal dispenser that the cereal looked about 5 years old. There was a tray of sausage patties in the little fridge and nothing else. A sign over the microwave saying warm your breakfast up omelette 2 min sausage 2 min but there was no omelettes nothing. A jail offers more food than there. I wasn’t very impressed and I won’t be staying there again.

Front desk staff was great.... room was not good at all.... holes in the wall... carpet coming up.... stains in the bathroom

There were blood stains on the walls, sheets had blue and red stains. The floor had not been swept in what appeared to be months. There were fake nails on the floor, someone’s pills!!! toe nails, food crumbs and just gross. The handle to the mini fridge filled with crumbs and dirt, The so called dresser/ entertainment center was filthy. There was melted candle wax on the table, ceiling peeling in room. Toilet didn’t flush. ADRIED UP DIRTY washcloth on top of the shower curtain. No towels, just hand towels in the room. The doors had been busted in and a make shift metal frame installed to support the entrance door. Celine’s peeling on all walkways, busted cement. The people staying next door screaming and yelling at each other rink pacing the halls back and forth past our window. The walls paper thin. The restroom floors disgusting. The sink did not drain! The phone in room had no cord to the handle. The fire alarm was off the wall and laying on the table. The cable to tv was fallen off wall and ran along the crack of the door. The place is absolutely disgusting and SCARY! We came for volleyball tournaments. Forgot to make reservations early and turns out NASCAR in Bristol this weekend too. $200 later on the most disgusting place I’ve ever had to stay, and still nauseous!!!

Checking in at night was great she was very friendly. Thats where the good ended. Rooms reaked of pot. Everything was falling apart. The lights in the room didnt work, the night stand was broke and leaning over. The bed was questionable. And the "breakfast" was toast. Which would be fine if they advertise it that way.

Gave me and and my family. A place off the streets. But paid for a week. And needed a additional day.Roof leaked in bathroom from upstairs. Phone didn't work. And only one reception cared.. he tried to gelp. Housekeeper didnt speak english. And gave me kiltz spray. Instead of ant spray.

Overall the hotel is just old and outdated. Carpet is worn in a lot of areas. Overall it was pretty clean. Room was very spacious bed was clean and comfortable. If you’re staying because of the breakfast, pick somewhere else. They had toast/jelly. Frozen biscuits and sausage you had to microwave yourself and very little juice. Not bad for a night but wouldn’t stay more

Barely enough water flow to wash hands let alone shower. Towels were too small and minimal towels. 2 wash clothes 1 hand towel 2 small bath towels. No bag for dirty clothes. Pillows were 4 tiny pillows for a king sized bed. Not even regular size pillows. More the size you would decorate a chair.

Bed was comfy. The fridge temp was luke warm at best. Did have roaches. saw one big one and several baby ones. The fridge was full of dead baby ones. Maybe why it wasn't cold..?
