Great access to ETSU! Nice room, nice bed, hotel restaurant was quite nice (I had breakfast). I'd say here again, no doubt.

This is a solid hotel option right off the ETSU campus In Johnson City. The hotel is convenient and rooms are nice. Large bathroom and sofa in the king room is a plus. Parking is included but breakfast is not.

Beautiful furnishings. Friendly staff. Very comfortable room. Super nice bathroom. Very quiet, no noise from neighboring rooms. The attached restaurant was also very good.

Our toilet was running constantly when we got to the room but they quickly sent someone to fix it. It took 10 min and we enjoyed the rest of the evening.

This is a very nice place. It has a nice 1940’s feel. Everyone was very nice and the room was clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend and will stay again.

I find it odd for the caliber hotel the Carnegie wants to be that there is no assistance offered or considered w the loading & unloading of luggage upon arrival & departure. The restaurant & bar is a lovely & comfortable place to sit & relax yet the hours of operation are very limited. I called for room service & the staff said it’s 3 mins til 5pm I can’t put your order in yet even though she did take it. Then it took over 45 mins for a salad, an appetizer, a dessert & a glass of ice to arrive. I also should not be able to hear the hallway music inside my room.
