章克申城萬怡酒店(Courtyard Junction City)

The air conditioner in our room was making a horrible noise and we had to switch rooms. The new room AC also made a similar sound but a little quieter. The place was clean enough but rough around the edges. Not as nice as the photos portray. No complimentary breakfast was less than ideal too.

We were without water in the room because of issues with hotel pipes. Wasn’t inform until we inquired. In the hotel bathroom sealing & surrounded tub was mole. There was candles & trashed underneath a bed.

The room was dirty. All the furniture and rugs were frayed. Spiders and bugs in the room. Swimming pool was disgusting. Green all in the bottom of the pool. Way overpriced. Could of stayed at a nicer hotel for two nights for what I paid for one night there. Very disappointing.

nothing free here: you gotta pay for breakfast, and even for tea. come on....i get free tea at cheapo hotels. and there was a puddle of water sitting in the tub---yucko

This is a nicer than average hotel. Easy to find, very quiet, and pet friendly with nice grassy areas around the grounds for dogs. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not have it, but liked the hotel.

We were traveling west with a large stock trailer. Found this hotel to have ample parking due to location! Bed was comfortable! Pet friendly for $50.00 extra Breakfast was as not included. Front desk young gal was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

This is likely the nicest hotel in Junction City. The location is central and close to Fort Riley. The staff is friendly everything is clean and fresh and the building feels recently renovated 5 out 5 highly recommend.

Check in was poor. We paid for breakfast during our booking. We were originally told we had to pay for breakfast. I pulled up my reservation that clearly stated how many ppl were included and “free breakfast” for 2 nights. Even though I showed this, I was given a voucher for 2 meals. I had to explain that I had kids (who were included in the booking) and was told that the free breakfast only accommodates 2 for 1 night. The two ppl working at the front desk were very rude about the whole issue. The lady did eventually just give us vouchers but did not do so in a nice way. I was given a phone number to management (?) to question the breakfast issue. I did call it later on and was told the front desk lady was wrong and we should have been provided vouchers for everyone in the booking. The pool was also closed. We paid more to stay at this hotel for the pool. I asked if we could get some reimbursement due to not having the pool. I was told “the pool is an amenity, it’s not guaranteed so we don’t provide any money back.” I did ask if we could cancel and get a refund to go elsewhere and was told no. Upon getting into the room, it was NASTY. The pull out was broken and so gross. We had to use an air mattress instead. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom and the carpet looked like it wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned in months. There was also splattered toothpaste on the walls/mirror of the bathroom. Clearly not disinfected properly.
