棕櫚灘花園希爾頓逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Palm Beach Gardens)

Location was everything and your Hotel was there across the street from Restaurant and Grocery shopping. And less than a mile from the Garden Mall. Enjoyed having a room with a view of the pool. What we didn't like was the breakfast the scrambled eggs could not even enjoy them they taste like paste.amd the sausage links were very cheap and not much flavor I have better ones from Walmart.

The staff was very incomprehensible I was there with my family wife and 2 kids and we was expecting get the breakfast and they only says that it’s not included, I’m sure the I read wen I was doing the reservation but they only says to me that I have to pay 100$ extra for the breakfast , by the way I pay almost 300$ at night , and they don’t let me get a buffet breakfast ? Eggs and bread? That’s very disappointed

Please update the mattresses and pillows. They were so uncomfortable and my husband and I both came home with the worst backaches. The overall aesthetics of the room were nice but definitely need to update the beds. We did not sleep well at all. The pillows were hard as rocks. We won’t stay here again for that reason only again.

The suite was as expected.. be aware they now charge 10.00 for parking.. that's fine but we had already paid on full before we got there and the website said free parking when i made the reservation but when we arrived they said the parking charge went into effect that day and charged us for it. It's not the money it's the principle that we were not made aware of the changes.. not good buisness doubletree.. very disappointing.. I'll be contacting Hilton Honors

This property needs a facelift. Pretty outdated. The “free” WiFi rarely worked. No matter where we went in the room or on the property we had terrible luck trying to get connected. If you got lucky enough to get on it only worked for a few short minutes then went off again. Very frustrating!! No towels at the pool. The hot tub wasn’t working. Don’t plan on ever staying there again.

I did not think the room was worth the high price I paid. There was no computer at a business center, there were not enough towels in the room, there should have been a breakfast buffet instead of the high priced meal at the restaurant and the shower at Motel 6 had more power and spray than this one. In addition, the hot tub did not work and we had to beg the lady at the check-in for towels. I guess you don't trust the guests to get their own towels from the pool area. We will never stay at a Doubletree again. It wasn't worth the price.

It was a very nice facility. Grounds were beautiful, building was in very good shape. Our room probably hadn't been used for a while, because it had a musty smell when we checked in, but this disappeared once we turned on the cooling system. Room was in good shape, not perfect, but good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room faced the highway--lots of road noise. We liked the balcony, but the noise made it not so nice to sit out there.

The bathroom was filthy. I didn't bother calling housekeeping. I went to cvs and brought supplies to clean it myself. The rooms on the highway side have too much traffic noise. Doubletree us known for their cookies, should i have asked for some??

We enjoyed our stay. I only issue I found was the moldy smell in the room from the carpet. We let the room air out and that helped a bit but the smell was still pretty strong.
