The property is scenic but it is located quite far from the city. This makes local conveyance options expensive and limited. Service was quite good

The rooms are good and pleasant. Food is not that great and it is below average. Ambience is very good. Resort amenities are very good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is very good. View to the lake is good.

Had a great stay at paloma, with well planned activities within the resort. I would highly recommend the Ayurvedic spa, the therapist was great

Property This is a beautiful backwater property located 12- 13 kms far from Alleppey. Rooms They have multiple room categories. They have rooms with swimming pool inside it and villa kind of individual rooms. Rooms are huge spacious with all basic and required amenities. Complimentary Shikara They offer complimentary Shikara ride in backwaters to their guests. Food The dining area has a mesmerizing view of backwaters. They offer JAIN FOOD. Compared to other hotels that we stayed during our Kerala trip the number of items in breakfast were limited. Amenities In amenities they have swimming pool, complimentary Shikara ride and other paid water activities as well. Nearby there is a place to enjoy Kayaking as well but we didn't had time to visit. Wheel Chair They have wheel chairs available for disabled or elderly people. Staff and Service Service is good and staff is also cooperative and supportive

The rooms are not good. Washrooms are dirty and not well kept. Worst is the smell which feels like gutter. The staff is clueless. What was shocking was they were not ready to provide us ala carte initially and pushed buffet on us. This was harsh as we dint have large appetite to really eat a buffet. Anyhow later after arguing they agreed. Not a good hotel and if u need good back water experience then kumarakom can be preferable

Too much higher price for this type of rooms no proper room service not clean rooms have to tell minimum 3 to 4 times if we need something bathroom are not clean.. No proper response from staff food also not good... Waste of time and money......

The experience was simply mesmerising at the resort and it was worth staying at the property, all the amenities was nice including the shikara boat ride, special mention to prabal at the reception he was very kind and helpful, all the staff including the restaurant, room service and reception at the resort were polite and respectful, food is also delicious and breakfast was delicious as well with good spreads, the view from the premium room is worth watching it, the entire resort has view of backwaters with an excellent pool
