Hair on the sink behind the faucet. white substance in the bathroom pocket door crevice at waist height. Not told about needing a card to use the entry door, the elevator, the electricity in the room. Wife sat in the dark while I got the bags and parked the car.

Electrical outlets didn’t work. When I called to complain the manager asked me to open the circuit breaker to flip switches on and off. I thought that wasn’t the most professional thing that a hotel manager should ask a guest to do. There was a part of the wall panel that was not properly attached as well. My husband and I was on day 3 of the power outage, so we absolutely needed a few comforts. The fact that the Hilton Garden in Kalamazoo, Michigan was $306 instead of the normal weekend rates during a state of emergency was unethical. I will never stay or recommend this place.

Didn’t get the room I booked for here, there is no room service, the parking here is incredibly confusing and while the elevator is overly safe to make sure rooms safe, it’s very easy to work around. I didn’t get what I paid for and didn’t feel safe while there.

The staff was no responsive to small requests to clean the room during a 4 day stay. I called and spoke to both a person at the front desk and a manager. Although they were aware that I had made several request, the desk receptionist said that they didn’t get to it in the last two days and that they were busy so I would just have to deal with it and she didn’t know what else to tell me because the hotel was busy and that I needed to make my request before 10am or it would not be honored. I made the request at 10:45 and informed the the rule she mentioned was not posted anywhere in the room. She then replied, well I don’t know what to tell you. Piss poor customer service and non responsive without any care or remorse. Just unnecessarily mean for such a small ask.

At check in they said they didn’t have any rooms available. Then found a room. Sink was full of beard hair and toilet paper roll holder was broken.

Super sweet relaxing lounge, comfortable beds and nicely decorated rooms, really clean and all around excellent experience.

It was nice but some of the lights in the room wasn't working. I thought there were room services for ordering breakfast but there wasn't. This is why I select the Hilton, but other then this. I was able to get a good night sleep and felt secure. Thank you!

Didn’t love the elevator at the parking garage but once you get your hotel key much easier to access parking through skywalk

Clean, nice, check in was easy. No complaints about the room or atmosphere. Breakfast was edible, but i wouldn't hand paid extra for it if id have had the option. Also, the hotel charged me $20 for parking at the ramp. The ramp only charged $15. So they upcharged me $5. Which seemed really unnecessary.
