房間乾淨,工作人員抵達時愉快。位置好。室外區域可以看起來更好,花園,游泳池等。完全失望的是一件事 - 工作人員和經理對我冷凍食品在冰箱冷凍部分解凍的態度。他們並不煩惱,建議我的食物會保存一個星期(我把它扔掉)。這個地方並不便宜,因爲它是基本的。良好的客戶服務今天是最重要的,因爲它一直是!提示-冷凍機無法應付!

Our room here was of a higher standard than that at the Pinnacle’s Edge Resort. It was a standard motel room. It was close to everything e.g. a tavern, the fish and chip shop, the beach. It was an ideal base from which to explore the town, beach and National Park. However, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was a dirty food pot under the bed and a sweet under the chair. The tea towel did not seem to be fresh. This was one of only two motels/hotels that we stayed in in our five weeks in Australia that did not provide a daily cleaning service or a change of towels. Our main problem was that there was a very strong light shining into our bedroom from the wall outside of the laundry which meant that our room was not dark when we wanted to sleep.

非常好的酒店，位置好、設施新、房間大…海邊看景步行可達，距離海岸線景點都比較近，距離鎮上超市餐廳4-5公裏…唯一問題就是這麼大的房、衛生間，淋浴房居然衹放了一個好小的用品架，洗髮沐浴的無法放下，太不方便了
