卡米里海灘別墅(Kamili Beach Hotel)

Un hôtel à l’inverse d un hôtel Resort,pas d animation et pas de buffet énorme,mais c est ce qui fait son charme. Personnel aux petits soins et toujours souriant,cuisine typique ,un repas au bord de la piscine aux chandelles avec vue sur l’océan en fin de séjour. L’hôtel ne vous vend pas de sorties ,il suffit de ce balader sur la plage pour en trouver. On ne nous a pas embêté avec le Check in ou out,on a pu manger et rendre la chambre juste avant le départ sans supplément ((départ 14h30). Bref un super séjour ,pour partir en amoureux c est super!!!!

Super friendly clean beachfront hotel cabanas. Lovely welcoming & helpful staff. Super huge clean room. Hot shower. Clean pool and well kept grounds. The staff were on hand to look after us and help us with everything we needed The location was wonderful by the sea The pool was clean and pleasant The rooms are spacious and clean Thoroughly enjoyable stay Thank you

Bon accueil avec petit cocktail, personnel agréable. Petit hôtel tranquille, bungalo,wavec plage et piscine, transat. Buffet très goûteux et varié. Bar. Des tuk tuk vous attendent à la sortie pour explorer les environs, quelques commerces autour.

We were a group of 40 members. The property was awesome and well maintained. They made special arrangements for the group. The beach is easily accessible and the staff are friendly. We also enjoyed at the swimming pool and the volleyball. Overall a great experience

The service is very bad. The housekeeping team is very lazy and even the basic facilities like towels in room, bathroom cleaning etc were terrible. Do not visit. The employees are mean and undisciplined as they blame us for the inconvenience which was the resort's fault.

Good place, staff where very kind and affordable stay. Worth it. Beach House, with pool and other activities. Will be filled with fun. Food menu was minimal but tasty. Live counter options also available. Wonderful place for a get to gather. Try it.

We went there with a family of 10 and had the most terrible stay. I don’t know where to start from. The Wi-Fi did not work for all the 3 days we were there and the manager kept leading us on saying that they’re trying to fix it. The pillows and the bed had a horrible stench. The air conditioners made scary loud sounds in the middle of the night ( happened to 3 of the rooms), the bar was out of beer and the cocktails were subpar. All in all, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

On entering the establishment, the absence of personnel at the reception desk was immediately noticeable. Subsequent interactions revealed a potential need for more comprehensive staff training, especially concerning guest relations and service protocols. The malfunctioning state of key amenities, such as the television and jacuzzi, was surprising. Additionally, the non-standard provision of WiFi, which had to be specially requested, diverges from the customary practices of modern hospitality. The dining section of the resort demonstrated areas of improvement. The menu, in terms of variety and quality, seemed constrained. A specific concern was the freshness and presentation of certain staple items. Timeliness in food service also appeared to be a recurring challenge. While the aesthetic potential of the resort was evident, its maintenance level seemed sporadic. The pool area, a quintessential feature for such resorts, lacked the pristine conditions expected by guests. The uninformed presence of dogs, though benign, might be disconcerting to some and would benefit from prior disclosure. Uneven lighting in several parts of the resort raises potential safety concerns. The overall ambiance, an amalgamation of the physical environment and service delivery, fell short of inducing the anticipated tranquillity. In summation, while the Kamili Beach Resort boasts potential, the prevailing service and facility standards require considerable attention. Prospective guests might benefit from a more in-depth appraisal of the resort's offerings before firming up their travel plans.

Very very poor customer service. After 2.30 you can’t get the lunch. You can’t order anything also. I asked from them” if you put down the buffet can I order something for my lunch because I am hungry” but they said “ No, you can’t” it’s very very bad
