凱藝酒店(Quality Inn Kamloops)

We really like our stay for the weekend - staff - clean and great breakfast - the only think I can suggest to invite new guests changing the carpet for imitation of wood - like best Western did, we stay the weekend before this one. - you can look at it easy to maintain and you wash with mop and water I saw it...We enjoy very much our room...Lyse

The staff was very accommodating. We actually showed up two hours early and they had our room ready so we could book in early. Comfy king bed, and the jacuzzi in our room was awesome. Nice gas fireplace. Very quiet even with our window open. The only thing we could have used was an elevator for our luggage. We were on the second floor. Not too bad for us at 65, but maybe for older folks who have a bit of trouble with stairs.

This is a very clean stay and the staff are very good and accomodating. It is in a good location This is my second stay at this location. The only bad thing is if on the 1st floor you can here every noise made upstairs the ceiling creek s when people move above you ! Continuous! Noise. The staff moved us to the 2nd floor and everything was good then .

Staff were friendly, gentleman from the front desk offered with smile to carry my bags, and then escorted me to my car when I checkout, he was very polite. Beds were pleasingly clean and inviting, absolutely comfortable and cozy. Loved the mounted, back-lit mirror that powered off as well. Hairdryer was almost useless and smelled like burnt hair/dust. Tub was clean but very worn, rubber slip mat had small but slimy mildew spots, all over the underside, some on topside, actually pretty gross. Breakfast was a nice surprise, food was fresh with plenty of selection. Overall, my stay was good, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nicely renovated yet you can still see the old under the new. Had a bidet in the bathroom - who uses that in Canada. First floor room was very noisy just fun people above walking around.

Wir machten einen kurzen Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht auf dem Weg nach Vancouver und haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt genossen. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-in war relativ neutral und hat sich nicht grade vor Freundlichkeit überschlagen. Den Eindruck haben die anderen Mitarbeiter dafür jedoch wieder wett gemacht. We stayed there for one night on our way to Vancouver and all in all enjoyed our stay. The employee while checking in was quite neutral and not that friendly, but the other employees offset that impression.

The jucuzzi suite with fireplace is seriously a gem. What a cozy room. Clean, smelled good. The fireplace is a great touch on a cold night and the tub is just amazing. Will be back for sure.
