坎培拉喜來登酒店(Sheraton Kampala Hotel)

The hotel was in a quiet area near the city. Room was ok but I had to change it as it smelt of smoke. Hotel changed it without fuss which was good. Food at the restaurant was good and authentic. Enjoyed my stay and will return.

As a platinum member, I can say that this is one of the best Marriott Bonvoy Group properties I have experienced in Africa! Under the leadership of their GM Jean Philippe Bittencourt, who believes in a growth mindset and constantly finds ways to gather feedback from his guests, the quality of the service has definitely risen very high. Special thanks to Brian, Olga, Yvonne, Faith, Grace, Florence, and even the young Godwin - each of you made me feel very special at your property, and I can't wait to visit you again tomorrow the 12th of July. Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Very close to some nice restaurants and in a walkable area. Rooms were nice and the hotel overall was clean. The hotel itself is big and has a lot of amenities but is dated, however kept well. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and healthy and tasty options. The hotel sells membership to its gym to people who are not guests of the hotel making it very crowded. The staff was very friendly, though at times a bit overbearing in their desire to help, offer you food or be friendly. Staff took care of guests with Marriott status giving upgrades and access to a great lounge with food and free drinks in the early evening. Overall a comfortable place to stay for people doing business in Kampala.

Front office staff Name tag Geoffrey and William were HELPLESS and ignoring acted unprofessional and ignorant about what was being asked.he gave a bad impression. big thanks to SHANTEL GXP for the help and she was welcoming after being ignored By the above named FO staffs.

Really I enjoyed my stay for 2 weeks in Sheraton November2023...I appreciated the staff ,kind ,polite and always trying to help you...the breakfast was good ,security and location was very helpful to accomplish my mission successfully. I want to express my special thanks to waitress "PROVIA" in the paradise restaurant for her wonderful service...every dinner she serve me with kind and smiley face...really congratulate Sheraton Kampala for having such staff with servant heart and sacrificial love. 2 points need to be improved: internet and coordination between concierge and transportation team: very crucial for guests staying within you for business trip.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property, the views from the upper floors are incredible, and the staff was superb! Special thanks to Geofrey, Darius, Richard, Hassan at the reception, Florence from 12th floor housekeeping, Director of Finance Abdel Moneim for giving me a personal tour of the property, and Chef Hassan who’s cooking is spectacular. Thank you Sheraton Kampala team for a truly phenomenal stay!

The experience was heavenly from the reception to amazing foods, warm people and great ambience One waitress by the name Fortunate in Seven seas served us very well, always having a welcoming smile God willing I'll be back
