Beautiful ambience at the terrace, relaxing, nice music for a weekend chill, good food .Good customer care. One of my favourite chill out places in the capital city. KAMPALA. I can't wait to get back to the roof top .

Wir kamen sehr früh an und durften schon eins unserer Zimmer beziehen. Die Acacia-Mall ist fußläufig erreichbar. Dort befindet sich ein Cafe Javas, wo man sehr gut essen und sitzen kann. Zum Dinner waren wir oben auf dem Dach. Herrlicher Blick über Kampala und mit einem Cocktail der perfekte Start in den Uralub. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, ein Manager kam an den Tischen rum und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir wurden am nächsten Tag schon um 6 Uhr abgeholt, aber bekamen unser Frühstück in Tüten mit - sogar Kaffee in Bechern. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen :-)

Very comfortable and clean hotel. My room at the back was very quiet, woken by the cockerel in neighbouring garden - perfect alarm! Staff are very friendly. Food is very good in restaurant. Breakfast - room for improvement. I look forward to my next visit

I have stayed at Millenium on many occasions when I need to be in Kampala for work and I always look forward to my time there, it’s my go to spot for great accommodation, food, atmosphere, everything. The staff is wonderful and always willing to go above and beyond. I recently had a team of 15 spending one night in Kampala before returning to the States and I booked rooms for each of them at Millenium. I received so many comments during and even after our stay about how much they enjoyed their final night at Millenium. Khurana, Singh and their staff even set up a special dinner for our group on the rooftop which was the perfect ending to a wonderful week in Uganda. Highly recommend Millenium Terrace when staying in Kampala.

I hosted a party at the hotel and everything was 10/10 from the venue, to their delicious food and excellent customer service. The managers and staff were very helpful to ensure everthing goes smoothly. I highly recommend this place for any gatherings and parties. Thank you Millenium Hotel for making my event memorable.

Although I would classify this as a 3 star hotel the service was comparable to any 5 star chain. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar has a great view of the city and the restaurant serves up some of the best Indian cuisine. The management team was extremely helpful and accommodating especially the manager Kharuna who personally messaged me to let me know that he’s available should I need any help which I thought was a great personal touch. Room comes with a safe for your valuables. Housekeeping staff does a great job keeping the rooms clean. Although there were power outages the hotel has it’s own generator so it won’t be out for long. I’ll definitely return again in January for my next trip!

Everything good except the security guard that quarrelled on me because we wanted secure parking and he had not reserved us a place. He was so rude. The reception staff were lovely. Room very clean. TV was not working and had to call to get fixed so no tv for our first night.
