We arrived late afternoon as stated to find that no-one was on the reception, just room keys with our names on. Our friend had an accident and badly injured her ankle late at night on the way back from a restaurant across the road. I rang the emergency number many times and no-one replied, there was no information anywhere regarding emergency medical care. When I complained the following morning the waitress/manager she denied ever receiving my call even though I showed her my phone log. Not a safe or well managed hotel, would not stay again.

Hotel excelente, aconchegante, de fácil trato para check in e check out. Localizado no meio da cidade, próximo as poucas coisas que essa pequena cidade oferece. Café da manhã muito bom também. Possui estacionamento próprio. Custo beneficio excelente

Sehr einfache Zimmer, aber absolut zweckmässig und ein tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Dusch direkt in der Toilette, aber auch das ist für diesen Preis ohne Probleme machbar. Ausgezeichnete Hilfsbereitschaft für alle Aktivitäten in der Region vom Chef persönlich erhalten. Danke. Frühstücksbuffet war schmackhaft und es hat nichts gefehlt, um sich für den Tag richtig zu stärken.

What a fabulous place. We booked a last minute break to meet friends who live in Switzerland. We stumbled on this lovely accommodation. The hotel is a lovely Swiss style property. The welcome was very friendly and all details were explained. We came from England and needed an adapter plug which we were able to borrow with a deposit. The rooms are simple but great the beds are comfy, lovely views from the balconies. We were lucky enough to even get a small bath in our room. There is a recreational room that we used to play some board games that were for everyone to use. There is a mini bar style fridge where you can purchase drinks. There is also a lounge style seating area. Breakfast is fantastic here and absolute highlight. Continental select including croissants, cheeses, meats, cereals, yogurt and fresh baked bread. There are lots of drink choice both warm and cold. Staff are very attentive and polite. I would recommend this accommodation to others without a doubt.

A true gem. The owner and his wife were beautiful people. The accommodations and food was delicious. I enjoyed the chicken curry, fondue and desserts. The view from our room was magnificent. I highly recommend this hotel with its great views, food and owners.
