國王嶺(Kings Ridge Kandy)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. Big bed and balcony with beautiful views. Also has an AC and fan to combat the heat.

This hotel is ok but everything could do with a good clean everywhere and there seem to be lots of staff around who could do it. That said rooms are comfortable, spacious with good bathroom and AC. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good we didn’t eat in the evening as tended to eat in Kandy town. It’s a bit of a walk into Kandy town (20 mins) or a short tuktuk ride for about 400 rs. A good base to explore Kandy from….

Have been there for several times. Totally worth the price you pay. The staff is very friendly and serves you the best. Good food and clean environment. If you are a couple this place us 100% recommended for locals and foreigners from around the globe 👌

Stayed here recently for 2 nights absolutely loved it,small hotel near the top of a hill,with nice views large comfortable rooms with large balcony,we didn,t eat in the hotel but the food looked good,breakfast was ok,very nice staff and reasonably priced room.Only one restaurant walking distance a chinese/burger ,overpriced for sri lanka but decent food with amazing views....

Calm and quiet environment with comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are also neat and clean. Depending on what you need as a traveler, if you want to just have a clean bed and relax 8-10 hours, this is the place.

A well-managed hotel with amiable staff and great breakfast. The Deluxe Double room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the hills. They also provided a safe which was helpful. Don't forget to have their delicious tea!

Kings ridge is a gem in Kandy, no question about it!! Checked in late but they accomodate surprisingly. Delivered excellent food to the room upon request. Super clean linen towels and comfy bed and pillows. Stunning room with tastefully decorations. Bathroom is appealing and wanting to take long shower. Five stars all around and thank you.

La chambre était très bien, vraiment très très grande (peut être 40m2 ?) propre, le lit grand et très confortable. Avec trois très grandes baies vitrées pour profiter d'une magnifique vue sur Kandy, et 2 balcons où les singes sont venus me divertir le matin. :D Le personnel était vraiment adorable et j'ai été accueilli/servi aux petits oignons (comme d'habitude au Sri-Lanka, et cela me fait de la peine de voir ce beau pays presque déserté par les touristes, alors que tout fonctionne normalement). L'emplacement était parfait pour moi, la circulation à Kandy fait que le centre est assez bruyant et l'air parfois très pollué. C'était donc bien d'être un peu sur les hauteurs dans un quartier calme et vert, tout en restant à distance raisonnable du lac (15 minutes à pied, mais pour ceux que cela rebute, il y a les tuc-tucs). Cerise sur le gâteau, l'éléphant qui passe tout les matins devant l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner copieux près d'une baie vitrée sur Kandy, était un très bon moment tous les jours. Pour le tarif, j'ai coché intermédiaire car il y avait moins cher à Kandy, mais le tarif était vraiment très bas (le tiers de ce que j'ai payé une chambre sale et minuscule lors de mon retour à Paris) vu les prestations de la chambre.
