康提藍山酒店(Mount Blue Kandy)

Excellent & authentic Sri lankan food. Raja, Executive chef is very professional & genuine. Chamith from F&B service always positive per service.Both F&B production & service standards are above the expected level. We had a tiny bad experience during our reservation but FOM did his best to make us happy also food recovered all our disappointments. They have to train room cleaning process as well as laundry process for linen.

Except the view and service at the restaurant everything was not upto the standard. I am so disappointed the decision I made when deciding the place for our honeymoon. Reception staff is not supportive, no pool attendant, room service is very poor, Rooms are not clean and most importantly they do not have international standard buffet. Trust me you can have that kind of buffet from the city at a very lower price than this. We were expected a high level experience what we have enjoyed at other hotels. But so disappointed with our stay.

We came for our 1st wedding anniversary..The bed was beautifully decorated..The room has a beautiful view.Everyone in the staff is very friendly.We got fair service for the money we paid.Thank you very much for your service.

Absolutely amazing experience from the moment you walk in! The rooms have an breath taking view and are simple, elegant and clean. All staff are so helpful, friendly, attentive and are amazingly kind and playful with the kids. The Chef cooks the most beautiful fresh food and comes out to check how the food is, he takes so much pride in his food and his job.

We have been to Sri Lanka every year for a number of years and this hotel provided us with the best service we have had, great location best view in Kandy, great meals perfectly placed pool, the suite for a family if 4 was amazing, adjoining rooms with amazing rooms at an even more amazing price. The chef was so concerned about food for the kids which was pretty special, we had a couple of hosts that were so excellent, Rashard, Ravindu, arry or Harry but so attentive to our family needs. If you ever go to Kandy go here.

The service at this hotel was second to none. Ravindu, Harris and Rashad have gone out of their way to make our stay special and personalised. The food is fantastic and the chef came to speak to us after every meal. They take a lot of pride in the experience they provide and do a fantastic job. To top it off, the view is spectacular as well. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
