橋之水公寓(Bridgewater Apartments)

Nous avons absolument tout aimé. L'appartement est très bien agencé, la décoration est très belle. La vue sur la rivière, les buildings et pont de nuit est juste incroyable. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le spa, ainsi que le parking individuel. Je recommande cet hôtel.

First and likely only time at Bridgewater. We booked two 3br units for a conference in Brisbane. First impression on walk-in - very musty and in need of refurb. Cleanliness was not good. Dusty furniture. Carpet stained. Some knives had dried food on them. Used cotton bud in bathroom drawer. Toilet badly stained. Very rusty soap holder and toilet paper holder. Doors to balcony extremely difficult to open. TV remote had NO batteries. Some bedside lights not working. Bedside drawers uninviting to use. Hard floors with ground-in dirt. However, the sheets were clean and beds reasonably comfortable, and the view was spectacular over the Brisbane River.

Poor communication prior to check in, check in was not very smooth and felt like something was going to go wrong. Were able to check in early which was good. Property was clean tidy and as advertised. We were charged for someone else’s room bill and apparently over the refund limit so return of funds has been extremely slow and very,very poor service. While they admitted the mistake this really is something that should not have happened at all.

The room that we booked was so disgusting for the amount they charged. Floor was full of stains,fridge was falling apart and dirty Bathroom mildew and cupboards and pots filthy .Took photo's of the room and reported it to the front desk .

Fantastic location! The lagoon pool and gardens were stunning and a great place to relax (look for the water lizards!). Sauna was a great spot to relax after a day out. Location was perfect for Story Bridge Hotel. Nearby convenience shops, restaurants, and bottle shop were very handy, didn't need to drive once we arrived. Will very happily stay here again.

Fantastic property, great restaurants all walking distance. Pool area great for families.

Greatfull for a river view apartment, though the room needing updating cupboard doors needing replacement and carpets lifting. Thank you for looking after us though much appreciated

Location was great - close to the river, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and The Story Bridge Hotel a few doors away. Beautiful lagoon pool, which made it feel more like a resort than a city hotel.

We enjoyed our stay & the location was great! Our 2 bedroom condo/apartment was nice. The pool area was beautiful! Really enjoyed the staff too, super friendly & accommodating 🥰❤️
