Very Warm team makes you feel welcome, We could not find a single fault. This is the best Resort property we have spent a holiday in, The attention to detail is amazing and above all the team is very courteous nice and warm, We were warmly greeted by Mr Sunny on check in, Sahil was amazing in Thyme Restaurant he took care of our meals with lot of love, compassion and care. Chef Lob Sang from bakery made one of the best brownies in the world and Chek Abhishek made us the best Cheese Steak and Italian food. Congratulations to the GM, Her attention to detail and great team leadership reflects in everyone on the property. And yes the Heated pool, Steam and Sauna makes it the best place to be in Winters. They have amazing activities and tours and daily walks in the woods. And a great spread of breakfast and daily complimentary high tea with bon fires and heaters in the front lawn, It is a great place to be with family and kids. Food & drinks: Amazing food.

customer service was wonderful to make up for ay other misses at this hotel. wellness program which was actually unknown to me, came out as their big positive. Chef's taking care of your dietary habits and making sure whilst at holidays, you are not over indulging in unhealthy food habits! in addition, taking it beyond the stay, while at home dietary patterns being taken care of by them.

Very beautifull property, all of the best property in dharamshala, in the middle of nature, food was so yummy nd delicious, staff,s well educated nd helpfull, i advice for stay here, who want to make memorable to his trip.

The best hotel experience I have ever had! The rooms are tasteful and the comfiest bed I’ve slept in in my two month trip to India. The location is surreal surrounded by forests and the soundscape of nature and i could see the Dhauladhar right from my balcony! The best part is how much you are made to feel at home with every need you may have taken care of. The warmth of the staff is something I will never forget. I would love to list every single encounter because everybody was so wonderful. In particular Saurabh - yoga instructor and hiking guide for his gentleness and patience. Sneha, Sahil, Ishan, Rahul, Akshay and everyone really in the restaurant Dawa in the spa Sunny, Ashish, Mr. Vishal at the front Desk Anil who took care of the room. And most outstanding Pankaj, who went above and beyond in the attention to detail and care shown, I was so impressed on the daily! I have had an amazing escape from a busy cricket schedule thanks to Hyatt regency **********. And look forward to returning with my family. It was Heaven!

Great food and service. The variety of food was also good. The hospitality and welcome was delightful, true to the brand name and stars conferred upon. Special mention for the amazing Pankaj who helped us from the beginning till the end of our stay ***** with Rahul and Vishesh for their service and making our experience rememberable.

Everything was simply outstanding, the best staff in any Hyatt Hotels in India, Food was awesome, Chef's were interacting regarding your taste buds, front office team was always helpful and every staff was a happy soul which is difficult to find these days, all thanks to the leading lady Ms. Mazumdar, she is doing a fabulous work as a GM...highly recommended

Amazing hikes each morning with the amazing Saurabh, Vikas and the lovely T****m. One of the most calming and enjoyable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were exceptional - Sneha and He***t at breakfast too. Never short of a smile and happiness. Walk to McLeod Gunj is short but steep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone
