伊克諾旅館(Econo Lodge)

The hotel has very old and damaged furniture. Carpets and chairs are very dirty and the rooms haven't been painted in what looks like years. It looks like the laundry is done with clean sheets and towels but everything else needs a complete redo. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It needs to be closed and completely remodeled. Trip.com needs to take it off their list.

The owner was arrogant and disrespectful. As was his wife.. The rest of the staff was easy to communicate with and deal with, over all. The room was clean, but over priced.

Floor/carpet very dirty. Microwave rusty inside. Powdered substance along bottom walls. Furniture in rough shape.

I do want to start off positive note, the staff were so nice and welcoming! Any questions we had they were there right away! The hotel is a much older hotel so of course there were cosmetic issues. But for the price to stay and what we were staying for, it was okay. The only thing I didn’t like was I had to go to the front desk for towels everyday. Other than that, it wasn’t bad. We got our cash deposit back at check out, no issues there. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to just sleep and shower, Oyo is that hotel.

Is falling holes on the walls steins bed smell thah building need be demolish ,terrible, i got pictures from inside the room.

When I went into the bathroom and put the toilet seat down to flush the toilet, the back of the toilet was so incredibly gross with brown sludge, slime everywhere. The shower was horrible. The drain for the shower was horrible. It was just really gross and dirty the carpet was so incredibly stained.

I think you should take pride in your business especially when people are paying for a service at least rooms should be clean enough.

Deposit never returned and manager stated he was not going to rent to room because it’s thru ******* until we went back and forth explain I’m a trucker he finally gave me a room

I booked this hotel for 4 rooms. The owner cancelled 2 of my rooms 2 weeks before my stay without my consent or knowledge. I’m the app is still said booked. Also there was a $100 per room security deposit that was not divulged ar time of booking. I refused to pay so they cancelled all the rooms. I went on a different hotel To stay. They still charged for 3 rooms and one of those rooms I had already paid for.
