Not so good...first off, there was a power outage when we got there and so we were asked to consider moving hotels. Power came back, but then the room we were assigned was super noisy. Walls were thin, we were by the elevator and ice maker and our room was out over the entrance. We got no sleep for 2 nights. Breakfast was cold and disappointing, coffee not refreshed for over an hour when out.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. We had issues with the ac and someone came right up to check it. It worked good for about an hour then went back to not cooking the room very well. We were hot all night and had trouble sleeping due to it not being cool.

Only complaints are the air conditioner didn’t get very cold and felt humid. Also the pool is stainless steal and slippery. The location is in a good area. The staff was very was wonderful. They were very nice and helpful.

Had bad exhaust smell as you pull up out front from the exhaust tube out of parking garage.

This was an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it! The only thing that could make it better is a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and modern, friendly staff with everything you need (but the hot tub). Walking distance to everything on the Plaza. Big thumbs up!

This is a great location on the plaza with a full breakfast in the morning and underground parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with a smile.
