Que si tuviere qué si tuviera que esperarme en algún hotel sería el mismo el hotel Lotus es un excelente hotel muy limpio la gente muy amable los recomiendo a todos los viajeros más que nada Dano muy buen desayuno variado con todo de todo se los recomiendo

Me encanto muchisimo el desayuno, la amabilidad de la persona que atiende en el desayuno y habia mucha variedad,

Muy tranquilo lo recomiendo para las personas que estan de viaje por carretera y quieran descansar

I stayed for a night, and honestly it was the best value for the price I could imagine. Is it the ritz? No Was it best hotel I’ve ever stayed at with a cost of aprox. $60? Yes. The other guests were quiet and the room was clean and comfortable enough I often worry about rooms spelling like smoke, but this room smelled very clean

It was okay for the price, only issue we had is the AC was bliwing hot air so we had to open the window instead and the bed was super shakey with every movement made.

The cleaning staff of this hotel was amazing. The front desk staff not so much. First they have a $100 incidental fee that you have to pay upon check in which is not advertised anywhere. Second they say that it will be refunded to you by the end of the day when you check out but actually it can take upwards of a week. And when you call them to try and figure out when this will be refunded because you've now been overdrafted due to an unexpected expense they're incredibly rude and unhelpful and have absolutely no sympathy. They lied to my face twice.

Upon arrival, it took a little while for someone to come check us in. I think they were having to take care of an issue for another customer though. Our room was comfortable and clean. We found out quickly how thin the walls are, and had to endure an uncomfortable morning of unwelcome noises from our neighbors the day we checked out. Thankfully we did not have to endure that for the entire stay. The hot breakfast was pretty good and they served a variety of items. I managed to step on the carpet tacking twice in my stocking feet, where the carpet was tearing away at the seam where it meets the tile. I took a photo and showed the desk clerk when we checked out. She seemed appreciative to be informed.
