伊施格爾/卡普爾澤羅酒店(Hotel Zhero – Ischgl/Kappl)

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub im Zhero Hotel Ischgl und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Sehr exquisites Design und zuvorkommender und professioneller Service! Jeder Wunsch wurde möglich gemacht. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant The Saint war erstklassig. Für den abendlichen Partyvibe war im Hoteleigenen Underground Club U3 mit eigenem DJ und guter Musik gesorgt. Top schallisoliert, sodass man im Rest des Hotels nicht gestört wird. Der Hoteleigentümer war super gechillt und hat oft auch selbst im U3 aufgelegt. An- und Abreise super entspannt durch Parkservice und Concierge. Es gibt ein Fahrshuttle nach Ischgl und umliegende Skigebiete, sodass man entspannt Ski und Aprés Ski genießen kann. Für die Erholung nach dem Ski fahren lädt die Lounge mit Kaminfeuer zum verweilen ein, mit Barkeeper und Tageskarte, oder das Spa mit Massagen, Pool, Sauna und Ruheraum.

Thank you very much for some fantastic days with you. The kindest service from an exceptionally eager staff where anything is possible. Exquisite breakfast and a 5-course gourmet dinner in the most beautiful lounge restaurant. A spa department you want to return to. Shuttle service between Ischgl and the hotel runs from the hotel whenever you wish, and in 6-7 minutes you are at the gondola, and the same for the return. See you again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently stayed at the delightful Zhero hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, a big thank you for Oskar. The room was clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel has a beautiful spa, but maybe not enough space for all the guests. The hotel’s ski-in/ski-out facilities and equipment rental services made the overall experience incredibly convenient. The hotel's shuttle service is great. When you have the half pension you’ll get a fixed menu. The menu was great but maybe not for everyone. While the ski hotel overall provided a positive experience, the only thing that was very unpleasant was the heat. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Tolles Hotel, super Ambiente, super Essen und extrem bequeme Betten! Die Atmosphäre ist in dem Hotel ist allgemein sehr gelassen und es macht Spaß dort zu sein. Es gibt dort einen tollen Spa wo man entspannen kann und auch einen coolen Club wo man feiern kann.

Had stayed here last year with a group of friends. Liked it so much that I came back with the family. This year the stay was even better. First of all the staff is super friendly. They make you feel welcome, they take care of you and your family and they really go above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. The rooms are great. All the materials are of high quality. No comprises. Nice bathrooms, great beds, and also the sheets are superior. And, we got an upgrade for free. That was a pleasant surprise, particularly as we now were able to give our two boys a separate bedroom. At the risk of being too complimentary, everything about our stay was the best. Breakfast nice, fresh products, just the right amount of attention. Price-quality wise the guests are really winning in this hotel. We rented our ski's there, arranged the ski passes with them, and all was done in a smooth and easy way. Top ski materials. We enjoyed the spa, the pool. We will definetly come back. One comment I read somewhere else I can confirm: it's warm in the hotel. But as outside there is snow and ice, that is really nice. Oh and finally, a shout out to Oskar. Great guy who helped with a lot, including the charging of our electrical vehicle.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Hotel Zhero mit meiner Familie. Angefangen bei der Lobby und dem netten Personal, welches uns freundlich in Ischgl empfangen hat, bis hin zu den bewundernswerten Zimmern war es einfach die perfekte Kombination zu der Gegend in der wunderschönen Gegend. Da weiß jemand, wie man Dinge kombiniert. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Essen war auch top !!! 5 Sterne !

Wir verbrachten zum ersten Mal eine Woche im Zhero und der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Das tolle Zimmer bis hin zum erstklassigem Essen und dem perfekten Service vom ganzen Team und besonders hat uns auch die Abende gefallen mit der Musik von Nana love gefallen 🎵 und machte unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie noch keiner zuvor. Der Shuttle und Ski-Service sorgte für ein sorgloses Ski und Apres-Ski Abenteuer und die wunderschön gepflegte Spa Landschaft für die anschliessende Erholung. Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt, auch preislich Top! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Zhero Hotel. Lieben Gruß , Nicolas Vazeille

Great stay! We spent fabulous weekend full of great atmosphere. The room was clean and the shuttle bus was very fast and available anytime. We enjoyed especially very friendly vibe and cool music by DJ Nana Love. Thank you for all. Coming back soon 😎
