It was a great experience. The staff was polite & well mannered. Special thanks to Ms. Sadia for her hospitality. There were ample activities for adults and kids. It's definitely a good staycation for family. However, Bistro restaurant's food needs improvement. Would like to visit again.

All thing was good especially chalet room amazing view, fast time experience amazing. Best place to stay one night not more then. Food was ok Amazing Rides Pool Good Good views Overall Rating 10.8.5

Overall experience is gud Food is average and very expensive and dreamworldnot allow any food from outside or home made which should b allowed or food price should b very reasonable other wise ur stay cost u very costly

It is an interesting place with vast lands, green spaces and a fair amount of activities. Food is terrific and the prices are reasonable. The problem however is not with the premises as such but with the Staff. Being a half glass full person I shall write about some brilliant people at the resort; Talha at the reception is a wonderful and kind concierge. Almost all Waiters, helpers, cleaning staff are well mannered and up to the task. If you need anything dial the Reception not HOUSEKEEPING, they will ignore you. The Housekeeping is horrendous, asked for duvet it never came, towels were in laundry and there was not a single dry one for the first 6 hours of our stay. But the rudest part of the entire stay was a man showing up at our door 15mins before we were due to checkout. It felt like your time is over you need to leave, I am not sure if they do that to everyone or they made an exception for us. In any hospitality industry that would be considered an unforgivable mistake. I hope they sort that out. Apparently that particular gentleman who knocked on our door was also sent by housekeeping. The housekeeping really need to get it's house in order We checked out at 11.55, five minutes before our scheduled leave.

It was a great experience. Our entire family had a fun time. We loved the exclusiveness as it wasn't over crowded. We actually had the entire pool to ourselves. We found Ms. Sadia who was our trip advisor to be very helpful and very professional. She was able to go beyond her duties and accommodated to our needs. I would highly recommend this place. My only recommendation would be to add a bit more attention towards general maintenance of rooms which would help get on par with the high level of resorts.

staff was very friendly and accommodating, they went out of there comfort zone to help us in anyway possible, would love to go again with family and friends, kids enjoyed alot in water activities, food was good, mix tea at Bistro was a hit in our family, breakfast buffet was very limited with options however every item was fresh and tasty.

Not really up to the mark of a one-star resort and the standards. We booked for 4 executive suites and the suites did not even have the basic amenities. Ie no towels, no tea coffee kettle, or amenities, the bed linen has blood stains as well as holes, no mini bar stocked up in the room, no hot water in suite # 51 & 52, the suite # 50 the bed base in broken due to that we are unable to use the bed while paying for the room upfront no room move was offered due the reason the resort is fully booked, alternatively a mattress was provided. The rooms were not clean properly even the leftovers from the old guest were found in the rooms ( sugar, empty bottles of water). A whole lot of Dead mosquitoes were next to the mini bar fridge. Suite 51 TV was not working, and sealing lights were fused and not being checked before the room was released by the housekeeping. The connecting door in between the suite 51-52 they were unable to open due tk the fact they don’t have the key for the connecting door. The excuse I got they were busy and that the rooms were not being checked and cleaned properly, they have 70% staff who were no show and the resort is running a full house. I asked for the towels at 4 pm and only 1 towel was delivered at 6:30 pm with an excuse that the towels were getting washed, we are a family of 18 pax adults and kids towels are a basic need that was not in the room as well as not available upon the requests. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms, while informed the team they handed over to me the mosquito spray which I had to spray in the room by myself. I have spoken with the front office team and informed them the whole situation is detailed. Paying for 4 suites is not a joke, we need a comfortable stay which I was not able to get due to all the inconveniences we are facing as of now. The food taste is ok, the water park is amazing the kids enjoyed it. Over-experience is ruined, small things make a huge difference. The attached pictures are for reference. Never again even I will be staying here for free not worthy to stay. I do understand it’s an Eid holiday they should have enough manpower to fulfill the requirement of the operation no engineering was available, and no one from senior management was available within the property to speak with the guest and resolve the issue

It was an incredible experience at DreamWorld! We booked 'Room 1' for our honeymoon, and they decorated it beautifully, wishing us a happy wedding. The spacious balcony offered a breathtaking view. We enjoyed every moment, from the delicious breakfast to the complimentary resort rides.
