喬貝水域山林小屋(Chobe Water Villas)

Beautiful location with only a small number of bungalows, each one of them with a balcony overlooking the river and plenty of room. Very peaceful, especially in the early mornings. Excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff. Also the game drives and river cruises in the small boats were fantastic. We enjoyed every day and had a wonderful time! Thank you so much

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hotel de rêve. Bien sûr, il y a quelques imperfections mais je n en parlerai même pas tant elles ont peu d importance par rapport à tout ce que nous avons trouvé d exceptionnel dans ce lodge. D’abord, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Tout est fait pour faire plaisir, les attentions sont permanentes et en toute discrétion. Cela commence par la prise en charge sur le quai à la frontière quand on arrive du Botswana, se poursuit avec les chants et percussions d une dizaine de personnes à la descente du bateau puis tout au long du séjour, jusqu’au départ où on est raccompagné au ponton avec force de remerciements et de sourires. Ensuite, la cuisine. Nous ne nous attendions absolument pas à ce niveau impressionnant, beauté des présentations et tout est délicieux. Le chef, d’origine du Zimbabwe, a beaucoup de talent. Les petits déjeuners, les déjeuners et dîners sont un moment délicieux. Ils sont pris dans une salle superbe avec une décoration très étudiée. Les matériaux et les objets sont beaux, les luminaires sont incroyables… et ceci est vrai pour tout l hôtel qui offre plusieurs espaces intérieurs ou extérieurs pour se détendre dans des ambiances différentes. Pour un déjeuner on nous a aussi proposé de déjeuner en terrasse, c était très agréable. La vue sur le fleuve et au loin sur le parc de Chobe est magnifique depuis tous les espaces extérieurs et depuis les chambres. Nous étions chambre numéro 16 à laquelle on accède par un grand pont suspendu ce qui ajoute au charme. Elle dispose d une grande salle de bains avec baignoire et douche, les toilettes sont à part. La chambre est de très belle taille, avec un lit qui doit faire 2 mètres de large, un canapé, un fauteuil, un bureau et un meuble qui contient de quoi se faire des cafés Nespresso, du thé, un minibar garni d alcools, d eaux minérales, de soda. Des snacks sont également inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Une énorme baie vitrée donne sur une grande terrasse avec 2 transats et 2 jolies banquettes. Tout est de bon goût. La vue est incroyable, le matin, comme toutes les chambres donnent à l est, on voit le soleil se lever donnant de magnifiques couleurs sur l eau et sur le parc de Chobe. Enfin, les activités proposées et incluses dans la réservation sont géniales, safari en 4/4 au parc de Chobe , et surtout longues promenades en fin de journée sur le fleuve avec l adorable Gilbert qui prend soin de ses clients et fait tout pour faire plaisir. Pour terminer je dois rajouter que de nombreuses boissons sont incluses dans le prix, soft mais aussi alcools. Plusieurs vins sont proposés et ils sont très bien. Un bar complémentaire avec supplément est à disposition mais nous n en avons pas eu besoin. Nous avons bu du Martini, du Gin, du vin… et de l Amarula, proposé gentiment en fin de repas, cet alcool local ressemble beaucoup au Baileys. Juste un mot sur la belle et grande piscine qui borde le jardin face au fleuve. Il ne faisait pas chaud

All we can say is WOW from the second we arrived with the welcome dance party to our beautiful celebration of our wedding anniversary goodbye dance this morning and EVERYTHING in between on our 2 night stay was AMAZING 🤩 The staff are so very and accomodating the rooms are beautifully done all with a huge balcony to watch hippos and elephants from. The shower was great, the bed huge and super comfy. Oh and did I mention the food? All they want to do is feed you and boy oh boy - the food! It dances on your tongue! We will definitely be back, I just hope I don’t have to wait another 20 years to come! A special shout out and to say Thank you to Carine, Joy, Joel, Niven and Kelvin for ensuring our stay was spectacular

What an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. I don’t know where to start as every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Food , service, staff and experiences were over and above expectations every single time. From our meals in the restaurant to the food sent out on our safari’s it was just perfect. Will definitely be back one day and hopefully soon rather than later!

It was a wonderful stay at this lodge. There was tranquillity, the staff was super friendly and attentive. The food was sophisticated and super tasty. You overlook the river, lodge is clean. There are only superlatives when staying at this lodge. Highly recommended!!! Ps: you should definitely try a massage too!

Staff and facility is great. Highly recommend taking an afternoon safari cruise; amazing viewing of many animals as they make their way to the water.

The Chobe Water Villas nestled on the bank of Chobe River with captivating views of unspoiled beauty of nature and wildlife. Stunning architecture with modern concept and stylish design, it was mind-blowing. The villa is so spacious and beautiful, love to spend our time at the terrace to feel the tranquillity of this place, truly a heaven on Earth. Hospitality team is very well trained, friendly, and helpful, they really love pampering their guests tho. Foods are special curated and well executed by chef, it was so flavoursome and tastes heavenly. Excursions are well arranged, we really enjoyed the Chobe River cruise, it was so relaxed, and we really missed it now. It was an unforgettable stay and thank you for the impeccable service.

My wife and I had the most amazing Easter weekend at Chobe Water Villas. There was nothing to complain about. The accommodation was spacious with a super King size bed and a superb mattress that was uber comfortable. Each villa has a well stocked minibar with snacks to enjoy whilst lazing on the deck chairs overlooking the river. Emmanuel the chef was first class, producing world class breakfasts, lunch, high tea and dinners. The massages were both relaxing and not expensive at all. To Stanley and Christine and their team of co workers like Joy serving our meals and Gilbert who took us out on stunning cruises where we saw a lot of wildlife, thank you for a most memorable weekend. You guys catered for all our needs and made our departure somewhat difficult. We will definitely be back
