桑給巴爾度假酒店(Zanzibar Retreat Hotel)

Ho soggiornato per 7 notti presso questa struttura. Premetto che andando in Africa avevo messo in conto che ci fossero stati insetti ed animali, ma essendo già stata più volte in Africa, e a Zanzibar, non mi è mai capitato in altri hotel/guesthouse di trovare così tanti animali (soprattutto ragni) all’interno della camera/bagno/ sul letto/ dentro la zanzariera…… Detto questo, lo staff è stato gentilissimo ed è venuto subito a ripulire la camera, ma purtroppo non era un problema di sporco della camera ma proprio dell’hotel.. perché loro pulivano ma riuscivano da ogni parte ( tetto/finestre/fessure nei muri ) Questo è stato per me, un punto molto a sfavore della struttura. Per il resto tutto ottimo, anche per questo ho comunque dato un 4 stelle, ma è giusto che chi vuole prenotare sia a conoscenza di questa cosa. Cibo ottimo, staff disponibile e veramente gentile, beach boys pochissimi e zero insistenti, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, piscina sempre pulita, accesso gratuito a scarpette/maschere etc per il mare, grande libreria dove poter leggere e giochi da tavolo. Cosa molto carica e utile : ti danno loro una borsa da spiaggia con già gli asciugamani ( così potete evitare di portarli )

We stayed here for three nights with our two teenage daughters. The place was absolutely fantastic. The beach is not crowded, so you will find absolute peace here if that's what you're looking for. We also went snorkeling outside the reef and ended in addition up seeing two large humpback whales. Getting a cab to swim with turtles was easy and effective.

This little gem is amazing. Rooms are big and very comfortable. The owners were very nice and accomodating. It's right on the beach and the ambiance is relaxing. I especially also recommend the food! We tried many things on the menu card. It was all very delicious. Even when we arrived late they still made us the delicious avocado/ shrimp salad. I highly recommend this place!

Este pequeño hotel tipo butique es un pedacito de parido. Todo está perfectamente pensado. El staff es súper amigable y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento. El hotel está atendido por sus dueños, Jan y Serena quienes se ocupan personalmente de conocer a los huéspedes y asegurarse que todo vaya bien en su estadía. La comida merece un párrafo aparte ya que tiene una amplia carta y todo es riquísimo. Jan se ocupa personalmente de la cocina u de hablar con sus huéspedes para ver si todo ha sido de su gusto. Realmente solo palabras de agradecimiento para todo el staff que nos hicieron pasar unas vacaciones hermosas. Respecto a la playa, si vienen en junio tienen que saber que l clima es muy variable y hay mucho viento. Las mareas suben y bajan mucho por lo que es difícil meterse al mar, pero el hotel cuenta con una piscina divina y muchas camas para tomar sol o descansar a la sombra

A perfect place to relax after Stone Town! The sand was so soft and the pool overlooking the ocean lovely! This is a small resort that pays extra attention to it’s guests comfort. Great food and nice rooms with both air conditioning and large ceiling fan. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Chambre très propre, cadre idyllique, très peu de chambre dans l'hôtel donc toujours de la place à la piscine ou à la plage, très bon restaurant. Le couple de directeur accessible et très sympathique !
