浪翠園酒店(Sea Crest Hotel)

Due settimane in questo hotel ed abbiamo davvero penato. Non funziona nulla! Manca la corrente, manca l’acqua, Wi-Fi scarso, piscina tutta scrostata. Il 90% dei servizi pubblicizzati non corrispondono al vero. L’unica nota positiva sono la disponibilità del manager e della ragazza alla reception. Consapevoli di tutte le problematiche, si fanno in quattro per supportarti, purtroppo senza riuscirci per mancanze gravi della struttura. È un vero peccato. Basterebbe solo fare manutenzione che la proprietà, non presente in loco, non vuole fare…

Nous avons passé 9 jours au Sea Crest Hotel, dans une chambre donnant sur la mer et ses magnifiques levers de soleil. Le personnel est très prévenant et nous a très bien accueilli durant tout ce séjour, que ce soit pour des demandes concernant les taxis ou pour nos visites. Le confort des chambres est tout à fait correct et le ménage réalisé tous les jours avec soin. Il manquerait peut-être un petit étendoir supplémentaire dans la salle de bain. L'atmosphère des lieux était très calme et tranquille, tout à fait propice au repos et à la détente! Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié (certains plats changent chaque jour) et les serveurs sont adorables. Les transats sur la plage permettent d'admirer une plage sympathique qui dévoile ses bancs de sable à marée basse. Si vous aimez le kite surf, il est possible d'en faire juste à côté de l'hôtel. Rien à redire, un petit hôtel simple et efficace, je recommande!

I had a superior room and it was fantastic: 2 bathrooms 2 rooms and ocean view. The hotel was good and so was the breakfast. The staff was very kind and efficient, when we had a problem in a couple of my group's rooms they immediately solved the situation by changing rooms themselves! Really appreciated!

A nice and cosy hotel with a great view, right next to the ocean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Special thanks for Gabriel (manager) and Winnie (reception). Food was decent. Rooms need to be refreshed. The communication with the hotel was easy any smooth.

The hotel is quite new but not taken care of properly and thus the standard is not maintained. There was corrosion and rust in the shower, the plaster was falling off in places, and there was some strange smell in the room. However, the location of the hotel is just 50m from the sea, you can see it from the property. It is in a safe neighborhood even though it looks suspicious at first sight. Personnel, room service, and restaurant waiters were super polite and always ready to help and provide what was needed. Breakfast had a basic selection but the kitchen ched always made eggs after request which were really good. Dinner was ok, so we chose to eat outside of the hotel. There were a couple of really nice places in the area. I would recommend this hotel for a friend trip or couples trip as it contains the necessities on vacation and has a good price ratio for 4-5 days.

хорошее месторасположение, прекрасный океан. в номере убирали каждый день, комаров и разной живности не было, на окнах сетки. еда вкусная, свежая. мало лежаков на пляже. за свою цену - хороший вариант.

Séjour de 2 semaines au Sea Crest en janvier 2022. Hôtel très simple et calme a quelques pas de la mer. Nous avions une grande chambre avec vu sur mer et piscine qui est propre. Le personnel toujours au petit soin, très agréable et serviable. Chambre nettoyée tous les jours avec des petites attentions qui font plaisir. Le taxi de l'hôtel Ramal a été top et nous avons fait toutes nos excursions avec lui, bon prix et toujours au petit soin. Petit point négatif le petit déjeuner qui est le même tous les jours et repas au restaurant de l'hôtel assez cher. Gros point négatif le gérant des excursions qui double les prix et la seule excursion que nous avons fait avec lui une catastrophe sans dédommagement. Un conseil ne prendre aucune excursion avec lui. Merci a l'équipe pour ce voyage.

Najgorszy hotel ze wszystkich, w których byłam a dużo podróżuję. Począwszy od śniadania- tylko jajka i stare powyginane parówki. Pierwszego dnia nie było ciepłej wody o ciśnieniu nie wspomnę (słabe). Następnie miał być pokój z widokiem na ogród a jest na…. śmieci. W pokoju miał być również czajnik i oczywiście nie ma. Dalej, mamy wyżywienie HB, ale zaczęto nam wyliczać co możemy wziąć i ile a co nie. Dwa razy wysiadł nam w pokoju prąd i w związku z tym nie działała klimatyzacja. Na koniec (najmniejszy problem, ale kolejny) nie działał również telewizor. Odradzam ten hotel!!!
