This Hotel is the closest you can get to the Pashupathinatha temple , Kathmandu Airport - the two most important places who visit Kathmandu. It is within 10 mins walking distance to the temple and 5 mins drive from the airport! It is clean, staff our courteous and food is delicious with free breakfast included, dinner is served - and the price is good too! after a long tiring day - enjoy the delicious dinner and hit the comfy bed for a good night sleep. Hotel provides convenience to go for the early morning darshan at 5.30am and also you can have custom made trips around Nepal arranged through the hotel MD Kushal Shrestha - at the hotel or contact the hotel once booked and discuss with him. His rich experience makes him easy to organise your trips easily and at a good price too! His hospitality makes you feel homely and he’ll be in touch with the driver throughout the trip to make sure everything is going fine! He’ll be in touch with the lead person of the group too! We had a fantastic time in Nepal - a big thank you to Hotel Amarawati and to the MD Kushal Shrestha I highly recommend this hotel to enjoy Nepal stress free - whatever your taste of trips be! Give a try, you too feel like spreading the word! It was our first time visit to Nepal - but have come home with fond memories - thanks to Hotel Amarawati - my time was used efficiently! Staff was really rude to my family. They did not provide milk when asked for it. Excuse was, "we do not carry milk". It was during the open hours of the kitchen. There was no microwave in the room. When my husband went to the reception to extend the stay the staff said, "have you never stayed at a hotel before?". Who does that to a paying customer? Beds were good. Room was too tight. Hotel is cheaper if paid in person than what is listed on ******* by 3 times.

This hotel is near to pashupatinath and airport. I am fully satisfy with all things like service and staffs of hotels. Front office staff are greatfull. They are very cooperative with us. Front staff like Sudarshan, subash ,pranics are too good and restaurant staff are also too much friendly. Overall all things are great here. If you visit kathmandu plz i suggest to visit and stay there.

Hotal Rooms amenities and staff were very nice and pleasant. Taste of foods were very tasty like finger eating. Clean and clear rooms with best quality of interior. Mr. Kushal shrestha is the man with excellent behavior. Every time whenever I visit Kathmandu , this my destination like home away from my home

The hotel is near by Pashupatinath temple we walked just 8-10 minutes to reach temple. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff are very helpful and co-operative. We have did Breakfast and dinner at hotel, which is very tasty and hygienic.

The staff and owner are very polite and friendly. They also helped us with vehicle and Pooja bookings.

We stayed in Hotel Amarawati during our Nepal Visit. The Hotel Amarawati is very close to Pasupathinath Tenple and airport. Service is very good and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well organized. It has all required amenities including AC. Hotel Restaurant is good and staff took care for our additional need. We asked for the pure vegetarian food and it was good. We tried local authentic Nepal food and it was amazing. Hotel interior with nice painting. The MD Mr. Kushal is friendly and he supported us. He helped us throught the trip for required other local travel arrangements booking. Staff gives us very good attention and relaxed stay. Overall strongly recommended this hotel , if anyone looking for family friendly stay near airport and Pasupathinath Temple ( 2 to 3 ) min walk the Main Entrance), with good food and sightseeing options. For Early Morning Darshan and late night ararhi, we can go easily by walk.

I had heard about Hotel Amarawati from my friend and thought once to stay in this hotel. Then I booked this hotel to stay with my family. Really i found hotel service better than say, the room is new and luxurious. Clean and hygienic. Tasty food. Beautiful view of Pashupati and Airport from the rooftop terrace. Courteous and helpful staff. I want to recommend this hotel to all who need hotel in kathmandu.
