We stayed in room 18. Excellent location, room cleanliness and staff. The shower water pressure is outdated it would be nice to have strong pressure and constant 🐵🚿🔨. Apart from that everything else was good. My daughter liked the milk in fridge 🍼. My son liked the tv and watched South Park🐢🐢🐢. My wife liked being able to walk to 3 Sisters.

Very clean hotel with new sheets etc. Well maintained block and good sound proof. Contactless check in and out. Only down side is the beds are too soft and we got a bit sore back next day. Very convenient 👌

This property for the outside is very deceiving the rooms are lovely and clean are staff very friendly.Close to everything in the mountains. Will definitely stay again.

The room was not cleaned well, had mold in the corner near the bathroom.
The air conditioner quit until some significant messing around started up again randomly.
Bed spread had 2 stains on it.
The manager was very nice and helpful however out of a 1 month trip in australia this hotel was the worst value of the trip.
It badly needs upgrades and to be cleaned properly.

The property itself was ok.
The service was not ….you had to to to manager on intercom as he was not on the property.
So there was no one to sort out issues.it was 34 degrees C and I could only get heat from AC unit , phone in unit didn’t work.
Partially newly renovated but small things like rusted out TP roller,.…Filthy door stop,,walls damaged .
Bed and bedding ,and some furniture new,
Paper thin walls so you hear every thing from next units.☹️

There were spiders and spiderwebs at the front door and cornice of the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the carpet felt like they weren’t vacuumed properly. In fact when we looked behind the bedside table, it was very dusty.
I know the hotel is only three stars but still expected it be clean and comfortable at least. The only saving grace was the proximity to the local attractions.
