We were pleased with behaviour of Mr Rahul and Mr Sourav .they both served us We had dal makhani which was very tempting except this we also had pasta spring rolls paneer tikka min how soupand some more which was also good Overall very good experience

Excellent service and propt service. Shivanshu looked after us professionally never felt away from home. There was a technical glitch with AIR CONDITIONING but ***JEET from guest relations gave us HIGHER CATAGORY room service instantly

The food was very good. We tried pasta, pizza, Palak chat. Sandeep, Saurav Sharma and Gaurav served us very well. Great service the staff was welll trained and the place was super amazing for people who want delicious food with amazing ambience.

My family and kids had a great memorable time at Fortune Park Katra Vaishno Devi. As the name suggests truly felt in Fortune ITC Group. Special mention Mr Sudarshan at reception.. The Rainbow 🌈 team of Chef Karan & Sourav Rana. Mr Lalit Head member of house keeping.. Amazing hospitality can't wait to come back.

Amazing staff and service. Food is also awesome. Stay also pleasant experience. Neat clean and hygienic. Cha*** Kaliya subzi a must recommendation. And plain khichdi was also amazing. Staff Mr. Gorav amazing host and best service provision. Enjoyed thoroughly.

I liked all outlets in this Hotel but it was amazing else in food areas and when it comes to something unique, Stayed here for a while and all I witnessed was so unique in it's nature. the staff guys were always super attentive specially Mr. Ankush and not intrusive, rooms and view of morning are amazing, all are well versed with the vital neighboring points, Recommend everyone to try the uniqueness.

Awesome food and good service by Sourav sharma , Gourav and Rahul. The food is just awesome. Chinese Indian both are equally good, Tomato Shorba and bread crumbs especially have never tasted like this anywhere in India ANDC have travelled a lot. Keep the great work growing. Starting from the first day c/in was very smooth and the reception staff was amazing and very familiar. Luggage came to the room very fast. The room was clean and crispy with all required amenities. Food was tasty and freshly prepared and all staff was ready to help. Reception staff were very helpful and gave all required information regarding travel and darshan. Thank you so much. Waiting to visit you guys again.

Staff was very helpfull during the stay, They are available with in 4-5 mins of your call in your room for any service. Food quality was very good during breakfast buffet and In room dining also. Rooms are clean and they have maintained hygiene proper.
