基洛納凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place Kelowna)

The Hyatt is a great hotel but the in-room heating unit had to be turned off because it was too loud - even with earplugs in. It was after midnight so we didn't call maintenance to check it out. Luckily it's early enough in the year and not too cold yet. The rest of our stay was nice enough and the staff are excellent as always.

The continental breakfast included with our stay was really great - fresh and plentiful with lots of options. The room was clean and quiet, with black out shades and lots of towels. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Location was convenient, room was nicely appointed, bed was comfy, elevators were quiet and smooth, breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Only complaint was low water pressure in the shower. Overall a lovely 2 night stay and would go back.

Free breakfast - choices are pretty subpar. Decided to pass on it and get a nice breakfast just 1/2 block away at IHOP. But room was very nice, and decent location if you don’t mind a short drive/taxi to downtown.

The rooms were very clean, everything looks new. The only complaint we had was the walls seems to be thin. There was somebody running around the room above us and we can hear it very well thay it woked us multiple times in the middle of the night and early morning.

Hyatt is a newer build in Kelowna. Nice rooms, free breakfast, good coffee. Unfortunately we had kids stomping above us but the hotel did their best let the above guests know.

loved the couch sitting area and the real glass glasses, real coffee cups and excellent coffee, the beds and pillows were very nice and the whole place was clean. the breakfast was excellent.
