Amazing Place And Service!! Stayed In Main House, Quiet, Nicely Decorated!! Morning Fun Was "Off The Chart" And Even Included Gluten Free Options. All Staff Members Were Extremely Friendly Too! Easy Walk To Dock Area!! Would Give More Than 5 Stars If Possible!!

Great hotel very close to the main area of Kennebunkport. Safe and quiet. Great breakfast included with the stay. It is a little different to be in a hotel with little to no staff, so be prepared. Little things need some attention (doors that did not close easily in the room, fireplace and TV did not work well), but it was an overall great stay.

We had a great time and even had some snow. The soaking tub was awesome! Great staff and service, great communication!

The cabin was very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the cabin was a perfect size for the two of us. Private outside area with seating and a gas fireplace to sit and relax. Close walk to the center of town.

Such a wonderful experience! The cabins are clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff go above and beyond in every way. Will definitely be back!

I loved the breakfast, but I can imagine in the summertime, when it is busy, that the area would be too small and uncomfortable to maneuver. We also loved the room and the gas insert fireplace. We did not have any neighbors so it was really quiet. I am not sure if that would be true during the peak season.

Planned a quick weekend getaway and was beyond happy with our hotel. We stayed in The Cupola suite which occupies the entire 3rd floor. Beautifully decorated and very spacious, you would want to live there! PROS: Friendly Staff Delicious Breakfast (and complimentary) Complimentary Water Cupola suite thoughtfully decorated. Few minutes walk to downtown Quiet CONS: Very Minor The Cupola living room could have had another lamp, was very dark. For this price point I would expect feather down in the sleeping pillows. Wish I'd bought slippers, there were numerous nails sticking up on the floor and a few pairs of our socks constantly got caught and got ruined. Look Forward to staying here again!

Wonderful greeting on checkin. The room was nice. The bathroom a little awkwardly designed. We had trouble figuring out the shower but it had great water pressure and worked fine. The breakfast is ample and varied. Better than most brunches we've been to. Will stay again!
