Amazing Place And Service!! Stayed In Main House, Quiet, Nicely Decorated!! Morning Fun Was "Off The Chart" And Even Included Gluten Free Options. All Staff Members Were Extremely Friendly Too! Easy Walk To Dock Area!! Would Give More Than 5 Stars If Possible!!

Great hotel very close to the main area of Kennebunkport. Safe and quiet. Great breakfast included with the stay.
It is a little different to be in a hotel with little to no staff, so be prepared.
Little things need some attention (doors that did not close easily in the room, fireplace and TV did not work well), but it was an overall great stay.

The cabin was very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the cabin was a perfect size for the two of us. Private outside area with seating and a gas fireplace to sit and relax. Close walk to the center of town.

Nice place. We are an older couple and arrived about 5:30 and it was already dark. The women who checked us in said your cabin is that way, showed us around the main house a little and left. We could not easily find our room. They were poorly lit and it took us a couple of passes to find the numbers. Also there was no one around to help us up several steps with our bags.
The bed was tucked very close to the wall on one side and difficult to get around the platform. It was only of average comfort.
The breakfast was simple, breads, bagels with toppings and plain yogurt with some assorted toppings

The property was unique being a historical site but clean and up to date. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to and the staff was friendly and willing to help if ever needed.

Our cabin was nice and clean. I would recommend that they add a shelf (3”x18”) in the bathroom. With a pedestal sink there is no flat surface for toothpaste, brush…
