舒適套房酒店-肯納瑟州立大學(Comfort Suites at Kennesaw State University)

Only issue with this property was the toilet did not flush. No one came to fix it. Did bring a plunger when we requested it.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip to Atlanta area for a volleyball tournament for our kids. It was clean with friendly staff. It is also in a great location for restaurants, stores and gas just off I-75.

Toilet paper was not changed before we got to the room. There was cigarette ashes all over our bed. The corners of the bathroom was filthy. There was a lot of dust. The desk and dresser were both sticky and gross feeling.

Staff housekeeper followed me around when i was going to use gym equipment. She asked me what room I was in an aggressive manner like im not a guest here which i did not appreciate, then tried to lie about it saying her boss sent her and her boss later confirmed that he did not send her. Overall besides that place is quiet and clean stayed for 4 days. Would be five stars if it wasnt the rude staff so i give it 2 stars, customer service is huge to me

Many good restaurants nearby. KSU was closed for Holidays so all roads & eateries were easy access.

Front office staff was very good. The property has deferred maintenance. The room was not clean when we checked in and not cleaned during our stay. Bed linen was never changed. Housekeeping staff couldn't speak english. Food was terrible.

Fire alarm went off in middle of night and took them forever to resolve it. Also there was no one around to explain the issue . Hot water does not work as well

I've stayed at this location many times while traveling for work. Every time it just seems to get worse. The building, facilities, room all have taken a taken a dive.

Comfortable beds and convenient location to Kennesaw State University. Our shower wasn’t draining and the rooms and lobby could use a little updating. Fine for just a night though.
