Todo estuvo muy bien, limpio y tranquilo, solo una cosa no me gustó, que una persona entró sin tocar ni decir que era de limpieza

As a handicap person this hotel had a second floor, and no elevator had to get clerk to change rooms to first floor room on the first floor was terrible. It looked like somebody just moved the furniture out no place to sit down no table and chairs one desk chair that was broken and you had to sit on the floor to sit in it. It was so low same thing in the bathroom toilet was so low so the hotel needed a few things to be desired. If I would was asked to stay there again, I would say no. Also the continental breakfast was not very good

The room was ok, the water in the shower faded to hot and cold too much, the house keepers need to wear hair nets because there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and main room, towels were worn and had strings hanging off them. But the TV and appliances worked and bed slept well.

Very friendly staff and a great breakfast selection. We will stay here again in the future when passing through the area.

Clean rooms and easy check in. Looks like some renovations occured recently, nice improvement. Beds are comfy and the hvac system works great. Would stay here again!

Overall decent. Hotel is older so when someone in a neighboring room flushed the toilet my shower water got ice cold for about 15 seconds. Milk in the breakfast area was spoiled the 2nd day of our stay. There are no elevators which I should've found out ahead of time. Staff was friendly & helpful.

I've stayed here twice and both times the lady at the front desk made pretty rude comments about how she hates the state where I live. Everybody else has been professional and helpful. The hot water in the shower is essentially non-existent, so ve ready for cold showers.

I don't normally share a review but I have been forced to this time because my credit card was charged at four different merchants by a staff of Baymont. I didn't want to put in a review before but since I have been forced to I must as well say that the hotel is rodents infested. I saw a big rodent ran across the room to AC area. I did mention it to the guy on duty when I was checking out.Be wary of handing over your credit card to this hotel's staff.
