The biggest continental breakfast I have seen. Pool was a little chilly and the bed a little firm, but real nice

I was traveling for the Christmas holiday and spent a week. The gal that checked me in was super nice and I was able to get a room on the top floor away from the highway noise. Much appreciated that as well as the breakfast each morning!

Since the major reason is to get a good nights sleep, I rated based on that. The beds are like a brick! Soooo hard that I couldn’t sleep at all! So, needless to say, I will never recommend this place based on that alone.

I did not like the noise at night after Avery long day truck brakes cars wizzing by way too noisy and this clean your room every three days is not appropriate trash build up because when you are staying at a hotel for weeks every three days is not enough Your laundry location signage or lack of I asked if there was laundry and told on the second floor but later found out it was actually on every floor I was on the 4th floor waiting waiting to use the washer then the dryer ate my coins and the machine did not register the insertion each quarter I thought it might catch up but didn’t reported it and did not get reimbursed for my 2.25 that made me a little upset

Staff was very friendly, and the facilities were very clean. Good breakfast. Loved all the Christmas decorations

The room was on the end, right next to a very busy road, and it was VERY loud all night. This room should not be offered and I’m very disappointed that the front desk put me there.

I loved my stay at Comfort Suites. I’m appreciative of the breakfast you provided, however the decision to provide your guests with water downed fake powder eggs was a horrible one. I was utterly in shock. Literally clumps of yellow stuff sitting in water
