Our stay was awesome. And when the breakfast options didn’t include dairy free options, the staff member got some oat milk for me.

We came from out of town and our room was ready so we were able to check in early a really big plus. We were on the 5th floor so we didn't have to deal with noisy upstairs guests. The only downside was our room smelled like Mexican food , so I called downstairs for some room freshener and they brought it right up. Next morning the room smelled like burnt toast. Maybe this was due to being on the top floor and the venting system was the cause . Overall the bed was very comfortable and plenty of soft pillows.

This location was very nice, extremely clean, and the staff were so nice! My only critique is that the beds are pretty firm and not the most comfortable, so it wouldn’t be ideal for long term stays, however, it wasn’t so bad I couldn’t sleep. And due to the excellent cleanliness, relaxing a**osphere, great location, free parking, friendly and helpful staff, and the price, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Restaurant on-site makes it really easy to pop down and get lunch or dinner. Connected to the convention center.

It was out first stay and very pleasant. The ambience and the staff are very courteous and friendly. Would prefer to come back to stay

This is a wonderful hotel. Place was full but you’d never know- extremely quiet. Nice breakfast.

Made reservations for 2 rooms several months ago. Requested adjoining rooms or rooms on same floor. Called a few days before arrival and was told our room request was okay. When we checked in we were told they couldn’t honor our request and were put in rooms on different floors. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

Nice staff with easy check in but need to have better selection of breakfast options!
