Moisissures dans la salle de bain, 4 chambres dans le bâtiment : bruit des voisins, quand quelqu'un fait couler l'eau, bruit de la plomberie. Insupportable bruit de notre plomberie dans notre chambre. Pommeau de douche à la hauteur de la poitrine, ça implique qu'il faut être à genoux pour se rincer les cheveux.

Nous avons réservés la chambre et arrivés dans la nuit nous n avions pas pu avoir les clefs de la chambre. Et pour couronner le tout j ai été débité et jusque là je n’ai pas été remboursé. Une très mauvaise gestion et un mauvais hôtel!!

I had to check out within minutes of arriving. The room was disgusting. I immediately check the sheets and they were stained. There were loads of intoxicated people outside. This place should not be listed as a viable option to stay at.

Lack of locking door...anyone from the street can walk in... Tiny shower. Expensive for what this facility offers.

You won’t want to walk around bear foot in your room.
Checking in in a gas bar, convenience store with a line of people wanting to buy lottery tickets is not an environment I care for.
To their the employees tried hard…..

It was overly expensive for a room that wasn't clean well and no breakfast. For the rate they charge you are better off going somewhere in Kenora!!
