萬豪大瀑布機場萬怡酒店(Courtyard Grand Rapids Airport)

Walking into this Marriott, I immediately smelled a horrible: scent: I went to room 226 and I smelled mildew. Being a consistent client for years, I must stay it is unacceptable to have unhealthy conditions, not only to employees but customers as well. Marriott should know better considering the Brand and Values.

Marketplace was great as our event didn't end until after all restaurants were closed. It allowed us to have food & drink! HELPFUL Suggestion: Add in a coupleof subs or something from a local vendor (e.g. Jimmy Johns, Subways, etc)

Hotel was clean but I had multiple suspicious charges to my bank and a employee wouldn't give me a refund after telling me I could check out early, only to find out he refunded the money so he could pocket it at the end of the night. They're supposed to reimburse me but I'm still waiting.

My bathroom light was out. I went and talked to the gentleman at the front desk and he said he would get maintenance to come look at it. Maintenance never showed up. This meant I couldn’t verify the cleanliness of the rest room before I used it, and we had to shower in the dark with the aid of our flashlights from our phone. It could have been resolved if he would’ve had it fixed or given me a new room. I know there were other rooms available, as there were several of the cleaned stickers on the doors.

I spoke with the General Manager Whitney, she apologized for the inconvenience, and I will be receiving a refund regarding the matter.

It was fine for a one night stay they were making improvements so there was wet paint signs in places

The room was beautiful & clean! The staff was friendly and helpful! Will recommend & definitely return!

Apparently ******* is overbooking hotels and it doesn’t update their system. I have had my hotel booked for months for my bride and I to stay in and we show up at 12:30 and they had booked our room for someone else. Extremely aggravating and hoping we get follow up and our money back. The hotel was overbooked and we did not get our room.

My room was beautiful and comfortable. But at around 2:30am someone was given access to my room. Their key card opened my door. I was startled awake from the whole wall shaking. The latch prevented them from coming in. I was groggy from my late flight and didn’t fuss over it. A couple days later I still felt uncomfortable and called management to make them aware of the error. As a single female traveler, I didn’t like his response and I wasn’t really given an apology, only an excuse. I would never stay there again.
