蒙雷普斯宮殿酒店 - 限成人(Mon Repos Palace - Adults Only)

飯店不在科孚鎮中心，但步行 20 分鐘即可到達。酒店沒有自己的海灘，但酒店前面有一個通往大海的斜坡，您可以在那裡游泳，但這不是真正的海灘。步行 3 分鐘即可抵達 Mon Repose 海灘（2 張日光浴床和 1 把遮陽傘，28 歐元），這是一個配有浴室、淋浴和酒吧的安靜海灘。 飯店有非常好的公共區域，但房間很小，維護很差，我們預訂了10 天，房間太小了，沒有地方放行李箱，我要求換一個更大的房間，但他們告訴我，房間都太小了。同樣，我指出它們與網站上廣告的房間完全不同，他們回答說那些是舊照片。 不存在的清潔，10天裡他們從來沒有在房間裡掃過地板或洗過地板，經常每天清潔後連浴室都髒了。他們經常忘記給我們留下洗髮精和沐浴露，甚至最後一天的毛巾，所以我不得不打電話讓他們給我缺少的東西。總之，持續的壓力。 窗簾和床罩又髒又污。 衛生也很差，早餐室的鴿子飛到自助餐上，當我指出這是衛生問題時，我被告知這是他們正在試圖解決但尚未解決的問題，抱歉，那天他們給了我們免費的卡布奇諾，我們訂了早餐，房間裡還送了一瓶酒（卡布奇諾和濃縮咖啡被認為是額外的，每天收費3.80 歐元…） 鑑於我對糟糕的服務、不存在的清潔和不存在的衛生的抱怨，他們在酒店水療中心為我們提供了15 分鐘的足部按摩，遺憾的是他們在晚上向我們提供了這份美味的禮物，週一我們不得不這樣做離開了，週日沒有地方了……總之，這是一個愚蠢的差事！ 抵達後，他們沒有像對待其他客人那樣為我們提供歡迎香檳。 幸運的是，我會說英語，因為沒有人會說義大利語（只有一個人會說義大利語，他通常會上夜班，而且非常友善和樂於助人）。 飯店沒有私人停車場，但在附近停車很方便。 總的來說，這家酒店很漂亮，位置優越，擁有真正四星級所需的一切，但他們應該更加尊重和關注顧客，並提高衛生和清潔度

This hotel is a good location and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were very disappointed with the suite we booked. The terrace was lovely. The bathroom was totally run down and in need of significant repairs. Plaster falling off the walls, bugs and ants in the bathroom and by the patio door. The air conditioning could not be adjusted below 24 degrees so we did not sleep for the 3 nights we were there, it was too hot for us. We discussed this with the cleaner and numerous people at the front desk and were told it could not be adjusted. Expected a higher standard for 798 Euros for 2 nights!

Bel hôtel vue sur mer ! Par contre petite piscine et très peu de transats . Beau petit déjeuner mais on s'attend à un jus d'orange pressé pour un 4 étoiles ! Oreillers dans les chambres premier prix donc très décevant pour passer une bonne nuit

Hôtel agréable, bien situé, personnel à l’écoute et sympathique; l’hôtel a besoin d’un rafraîchissement surtout au niveau des chambres

BE AWARE, totally INACCURATE WEBSITE ROOM DESCRIPTIONS and DISHONEST management - paid for a full sea view room (at nearly £30 extra per night) and was allocated a side sea view. When I protested, was fobbed off that since you see some sea, that would do...! Totally unacceptable behaviour, plus the Manager was avoiding to meet me. My complaints to ******* proved futile, as they claim that the Hotel 'told them' that I have never complained during my stay, plus, since I have checked in, have 'accepted the goods' I paid for...at the moment, I am in the process to claim my money with the Credit Card Chargeback, section 75 protection.

This property should NOT be a VIP property. The property did NOT provided a room upgrade as they said had no availability (even if they had) or a late chackout ( which is guaranteed under gold rewards). Moreover the room was tiny. In specific the bed was touching the wall on 1 side and the bathroom was tiny. I would NOT visit again..

Poor maintained hotel! A 3 Star Hotel old bathroom! Because we don't book directly with them because we found cheaper on ********** as Gold (their mistake!) they put us in an economic small room. Old &small barhroom from '90 (not from the hotel pics), 30cm between the opened door and the washer (for a big guy impossible to get in), plastic bathub curtain, old 1990 tiles, dirty scratched taps, creaky silicone insulation, room 4x2.8m 12sqm (far from 20sqm/215ft advertised), no sleepers. Same breakfast for 4 days, no premium food (excepting green olives &feta cheese) . We found much better &modern 3* hotels in Greek islands than this 4*! High evening restaurant prices, especially the drinks: 6E cheaper small beer!
