Just arrived home after spending 4 nights at Salisbury quest house and it was perfect beds so comfy. The breakfast was perfect plenty of choice from fruit salad cereals cooked breakfast toast tea and coffee.The homemade cake on departure was a lovely . Thank you both for a lovely stay will definitely be booking again.

We spent two nights at this lovely hotel and I can’t say enough about how lovely it was! Originally we were only staying one night and we had a change of plans and miraculously Matt was able to accommodate us. What a blessing that was, because Keswick is a beautiful place to visit. We arrived at 6 in the evening and Matt greeted us at the door. The B & B was nicely decorated and the room was very comfy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and when we left this morning, Matt gave us a special gift of a cake he had made. There are tons of B & B’s you could stay at, but I doubt you would find a host as remarkable as Matt! Highly recommend staying here.

Very clean and excellent breakfast. Made welcome on arrival and great tea tray along with bathroom accompaniments. Sunny bedroom aspect and early check in was available.late keys were also offered. Booked through booking. Com and reviews were true

Faultless again. This was our 2nd stay over at this gorgeous guest house. Matt & Paul are fantastic and go above and beyond to serve you the best of everything, so welcoming. Breakfast perfect everything served hot and to perfection. Bread pudding gift also delicious. Thanks Guys ...

Excellent guest house, very smart & clean. Breakfast was lovely and well presented. Owners very friendly and helpful. Handy for the centre of town and most other places. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Friendly, helpful hosts. Clean and cosy room with comfortable bed and a helpful information file recommending stuff to do and good places to eat. Lovely toiletries provided in the en-suite shower room. Great, tasty cooked breakfast and many good uncooked options with a wrapped gift of delicious cake to eat later. Overall, a lovely experience that we would strongly recommend.

This is a fabulous guest house, close to everything Keswick has to offer. It is very dog friendly and the hosts are great at recommending local places for food, drinks and activities. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is superb. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic guest house, perfect location 5 min walk to town, plenty of street parking, very friendly owners even provided some cake on departure. We had the king suite which was very spacious with lovely views, breakfast was lovely too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend in fact we already have to family.

We had an enjoyable couple of nights. The room was small and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable but the welcome and service was excellent and the breakfast was good. Every departing guest also received a piece of homemade cake which was a nice touch. The property is very handy for walking into town.
