Kew Motel

Everything you could ask for and more. Lovely welcoming owner who goes over and above, very comfy bed, fantastic shower, air conditioner works great. Quiet room. Great size tv with Netflix included. Our 2nd visit and would certainly come again. Heads up for future guests I found the pub meal next door very disappointing despite the reviews.

Another great stay at the Kew Motel! This time to break up ride from home to Armidale. As usual, the room was spotless and well appointed, with free wifi, and the owner, Jurie just couldn’t do enough for you! Undercover parking for my motorcycle, and a 30 second walk to the Royal Hotel for a cold beer and beautiful feed! Always happy to stay here!

Fantastic motel. Very friendly owners, Jurie (John) and Tina, who can’t do enough for you. Rooms are very clean and well appointed. Beds very comfortable, Free wifi, and the usual complimentary tea/coffee facilities. Literally 2 doors away from the Royal Hotel for some beautiful and reasonably priced meals

Family run budget price motel that is anything but budget in terms of quality linens, spotlessly clean, well maintained, nice gardens and surroundings, guest BBQ facilities and pool with super friendly owners. Minutes from the highway but no noise in the rooms and only distant traffic background sounds when sitting outside in the morning sun. Located a short walk from nearby Kew Hotel and local Kew shops which is great for stretching the legs after a long drive . Stayed here multiple times over several years and never been disappointed. Highly recommended

We have stayed in quite a few motels during our visits to Australia from the UK and I must say that this is one of the best. The location just off the freeway, the welcome, the cleanliness, the facilities and the value are all great. The pub next door for evening meal and the store a r the road for breakfast are great. It will now become our regular stop off point.

What a nice overnight find just off the freeway . Absolute value for money. The rooms were clean and spacious and the comfortable bed was just what an exhausted couple needed. The owners should be commended in providing such a welcomed stay. The pub a couple of minutes walk up the road has a nice family friendly bistro for dinner and in the morning the B&E roll and coffee are to die for from the corner store diagonally opposite. All in all a fantastic find and we will be back.

We stayed 1 night on the way North. Very clean and tidy. All ground floor. Quiet as it is away from the Highway now. Obliging and friendly owner John who cleaned my windscreen before we left. Comfortable furniture and very clean. Dinner available at Hotel next door. We will use this motel as a stopping place on the way North. Easier to access than Port Macquarie. Good value for money.

Lovely little motel, very clean and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Equipped with everything you needed and if you needed more, the manager was so accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. After staying in an apartment in Port Macquarie the night before that was very disappointing and didn’t live up to its rating and much more expensive, we were delighted with our room at the Kew motel. The pub in town has beautiful meals and the corner store is great for breakfast. I’d recommend this motel to any traveller.
