Everything was nice , the people were very nice and helpful.

Es gibt keinen Badestrand, Frühstück ist schlicht, einfach, typisch, ungesund typisch Amerikanisch. Das Personal nicht unbedingt die Freundlichsten. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt wie überall auf den Keys nicht mehr ! Zu teuer für diese Bruchbuden .

Es war sehr schön, nur leider wurden unsere Zimmer nicht gesäubert. Auf Anfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer nur auf Anfrage gesäubert werden. Schade, dass uns dies nicht beim Check in gesagt wurde.

Das Resort ist in die Jahre gekommen und man hat es leider versäumt rechtzeitig Renovierungs- und Modernisierungsarbeiten durchzuführen. Das Resort liegt zwar direkt am Meer, allerdings gibt es keine Bademöglichkeit im Meer und keinen Zugang. Der Pool (Salzwasser) ist gut tempariert und kann 24h genutzt werden. Hierfür wird aber ein Resort-Beitrag in Höhe von ca. 25 $ pro Tag fällig (zusätzlich zum bezahlten Hotelpreis) - egal ob man es nutzt oder nicht. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Bad, Bett, Fußboden usw. waren dreckig. Das Frühstück war auf niedrigem Niveau. Obst teilweise nicht frisch. Grundsätzlich hat es bereits an der Beschilderung der Zimmer gefehlt. Wir würden nicht erneut buchen.

Nice staff but property needs some TLC. My room AC was broken, they tried to accommodate us with trying to another room, but that room’s AC was broken as well. It truly is in prime location and Snappers is the highlight of the night. They need new AC systems and upgrade the bathrooms which are due for a uplift. Making some upgrades would actually make this retreat a great spot.

The location was perfect for us, quiet and the views were amazing from the balcony. The air conditioner has some issues and it never truly was cool in the room and ceiling fan only worked on low … overall the views, cleanliness and location made this a good play

I felt a bit nickel-and-dimed with written check-in/out for beach towels AND paying $30/day resort fee. Property could use a fresh coat of paint. Nice to have covered parking under the guest rooms, but tough to have privacy in-room: our ocean view room had a screened in porch area (nice), but the walkway for all rooms access is outside the porch. And the curtains for the patio doors are only full blackout curtains without sheers, so you can’t just close sheers to see the ocean and have both privacy and daylight inside the room. Ocean water near the pool was murky at low tide, but pool is kept in immaculate condition.

We liked the extra amenities such as the bikes, kayaks and grills. However, I gave them less than excellent because it took us two days for housekeeping to get in our room. The hot tub was also dirty and did not turn on. Also, while we liked the fact that breakfast was served, the first morning there we noticed mold on the grapes and were weary of the food for the rest of our stay. Overall, the room was good size and cute especially the little patio area. We loved having Snappers right next door. We would most likely stay there again.
