棕櫚酒店(The Palms Hotel)

We hotel staff was great. Friendly, hard workers. the room was a mess, Hot water did not work so they worked on it for 2 days. the smell from cutting pipes was like a fire in our room. when finished the hot Handel opened the cold and reverse. ceiling fan had on speed super fast. they put a new switch that worked sometimes. they did send a test message as our phone in the room never worked the whole 5 days we were there. I do not carry my phone we had until 7:30 to move rooms but did not get back until after that and did not see message until Next morning. bummer. When I talked to manager about the whole thing her attitude was "Well we tried" Really after all the money we paid for our vacation. and No parking. Key West is tough on parking but you have lots of rooms but only a few spaces to park. real bummer. I thought the staff was fantastic but I would never stay here again and recommend people to choice another place to stay. We were so disappointed wasted of our money and time.

I would never stay here again. It's very....outdated. The rooms are very muggy, despite the air con running continuously. Bathroom is ridiculously small. The hotel was not full, yet they gave me a room right outside the bar and the ice maker!!!! What the hell? Who can sleep with people getting ice from a machine all frickin' night?! I only stayed here one night and left. Never again.

Toilets did not flush, also created splashes of water when other toilets flushed. No gutter system so you hear the rain hitting hard outside your door. AC unit was so loud, and came on for 15 minutes, off for 5 minutes, and this was all night. Walls are so this you can hear other rooms and evry single thing outside the room. Tile is not secured to unlevel floors, so they kept moving and rattling when walking. Shower is way too small for a longer than 1 night stay. Guy behind counter was going to text and email me when room was early, he never did. Fridge was not cold at all, put water in night before and was barely cold next morning. There is NO PARKING unless you find one in the street. For 220 plus resort fee of 20 a night, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! There is no resort!!! Please, we are a couple, average height and weight, and this place was miserable, FIND SOMETHING ELSE!!! Not the best part of town, no places to eat, except a few cuban fast food places (which were good). UBER/LYFT/TAXI a must, since if you drive somewhere, your spot in street will be gone.

깨끗하고 고풍스러운 집으로 설비가 잘 되어있고 호스트가 친절하게 맞아주어 불편함없이 3박을 잘 지내고 갑니다 또다시 마이애미에 온다면 다시 묵고 싶은 좋은집 입니다

Sehr süße Unterkunft, ruhig und zentral gelegen, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einziges Manko, sind die schlechten Parkmöglichkeiten, lediglich 4 Parkplätze stehen dem Hotel zur Verfügung

This is such a beautiful historic building! Unfortunately the updates have been done cheaply and poorly. Our room had cracked floor tiles, no place to hang items to dry, was damp at all times, and we had no access to laundry facilities. The folks who worked there were nice and friendly, the provided breakfast was fine, nothing brilliant. But the facilities certainly left things to be desired.

Historischer Bau, sehr sauber u. schön renoviert. Badezimmer klein. Unbedingt Duschkopf auswechseln, kann nicht gezielt justiert werden, ohne das der Kopf nass wird! Ansonsten super schönes Hotel.

Hôtel correct . La douche est vraiment petite mais l’ensemble est propre. La piscine est très agréable et l hôtel a bey de charme.

Altes Gebäude ohne Fahrstuhl. Zimmer sehr klein, kaum Platz für einen Koffer. Bei Happy-Hour am Pool muss man aufpassen was man bestellt, nur die „unsichtbaren Getränke“ sind reduziert.
