H2O套房酒店 - 限成人入住(H2O Suites- Adults Only)

Déçu J’ai séjourné 3 nuits et je n’y retournerai pas. Ne vaut pas le prix demandé. Aucun charme, uniquement de l’esbroufe… Je préfère les hôtels authentiques comme le Marquesa qui offre en plus le petit déjeuner.

H2O goes above and beyond to set themselves apart from other hotels! Justin greeted us at check in. Although he was the only person at the desk, he provided undivided attention to the guest that was in front of him. He provided us with refreshing beverages, assisted with luggage, escorted us to our room, and took the time to explain various features. Turn down service, dove ice cream bars, fresh muffins, and Happy Hour at the roof top pool bar are some of the special touches that they provide. Every employee we encountered greeted us and genuinely smiled☺️ We ended up upgrading to a room with a private pool, which was also an AMAZING experience! Upon checking out, we received a candle that smells amazing! Great token to remind us of our wonderful stay! Thank you!

A 2 minute walk to the downtown *****. The ambiance has a modern feel to it. Loved the gym, roof pool, front desk was kind & attentive. Latest courtesy check out is noon. There’s a Cuban cafe 1 min a walk away. All kinds of amenities offered. 9 minutes away from the airport. It’s a cute little situation.

This was a great hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly too at check in and out. They serviced the room each day with lots of fresh towels and made the bed. They cleaned the private plunge pool daily. They turned down the sheets at night and brought muffins and waters and ice cream bars daily. They did all of these things without once interrupting our vacation. We never saw them! If you are wondering if you should opt for the private pool, yes absolutely! It was so nice to just walk into our own little courtyard and cool off. There is a rooftop pool and a full bar up there. They serve complimentary Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas until 1:00 and then they switch to red and white wine. It’s a great spot, one block off of the east end of Duval St. You can walk to the complete other end of Duval in less than 20 minutes. The hotel also has bike and scooter rentals available. Complimentary coffee was in the room, but the hotel is adjacent to Frenchie’s Cafe, with excellent coffee and French pastries from 7-2. We loved this particular hotel!

The private pool, & public roof pool/bar makes this resort stand-out! Very friendly & helpful staff that took immaculate care of our room/pool multiple times a day! Made for a phenomenal honeymoon get away!

The property was beautiful. The staff were attentive and very friendly. We enjoyed the peace. It felt as if we were on an island resort. Thank you for making our 12th anniversary memorable.

Staff was very polite and helpful! Most locations and restaurants and within walking distance. Only issue was lack of a microwave in the room.

Great place to stay in Keywest close to everything rooms are great and are bartender Casey was great
