My Team loved staying here.

Unfortunately, there was a break in to about a half dozen vehicles parked on the property proper. Security of the property is needed in light of what happened during the 4th of July weekend. Other than that, the hotel is well maintained, clean and had a helpful staff.

I wish they could have given us a later-day checkout, but overall the property served its purpose well for us. We could walk to the base of Keystone with out skis for a day on the mountain, and the included breakfast allowed for a good start. The staff was friendly.

I stayed with my two boys. Definitely felt safe. The breakfast was nice. Limited parking, but free valet which was even better bc you walk out, & your car was parked out front. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff were all super nice & helpful.

Staff was good but condition of the hotel was poor with some amenities out of order. Parking situation is not great and made worse with spots reserved for valet. However the hotel is not staffing valet. It seems like this hotel is using Covid as an excuse to keep costs low, not put money into maintaining the hotel but still charging customers a premium price.

No microwave or bathtub, tiny room, terrible bed, no air conditioning at night. Hot tubs really dirty, front desk staff truly sketchy and creepy.

No microwaves in rooms just one not free at lobby. Laundry is just one and small and is not free and has just one washer and two dryers for whole hotel. Parking is small, so they do vallet partially

Check in was slow, no manager on duty. Staff were friendly and hardworking but they seemed understaffed. Elevators were slow. Grab-and-go breakfast was not good, we only had the yogurt and juice. Room was clean but smaller than typical Hyatt Place rooms. Toilet had to be flushed multiple times to work. There was no air circulation in the room that we had to open the window at night. Someone in our floor was smoking but staff took care of it quickly. They charged a $35 resort fee that included parking, but there were very limited space available. Shuttle from the hotel could be useful but the hotel did not provide enough information. Plus the shuttle drop off was across the street so you would need to cross US 6 highway, which did not feel too safe especially in icy road condition where cars might have trouble stopping. Very limited food options around the hotel. This hotel was overpriced, and the resort fee made no sense because this was not a resort and did not have resort amenities. We would not stay here in the future and would not recommend it.
