班拷叻海灘度假村(Baan Khaolak Beach Resort)

Excellent customer service went above and beyond.

Service was good. Food poor. Chewy chicken satay, as though quickly defrosted aka student style. Frozen chips aka McCain. We’ve had such better food at the authentic beach bars near our hotel (Kantary Beach hotel and resort). However- View lovely.

Very nice hotel with beautiful grounds. The pool and beach area were beautiful and the whole area was very clean. Especially the rooms which were spotless. The breakfast was very good and we had lunch and dinner at the beach side restaurant and room service which were very good. The reason I give only 3 stars is because our room was a bungalow room which is 2 rooms together connected by an internal door. This would be great for a family but not so good when you only have one of the rooms. You can hear everything from next door. Also the room's wifi, aircon and "satellite" tv didn't work properly. The wifi would kick you out several times a day and you'd have to keep putting in the codes. The aircon was so noisy we couldn't sleep with it on. As for the tv, we called reception several times and admittedly a maintenance man was there within a few minutes but he fobbed us off and kept saying it's the satellite. We could only get a couple of channels without interference. The hotel guests are mainly from Germany, Denmark and France, and of a senior age. This hotel wouldn't be that good for families with small children. The pool did have a shallow area but it wasnt fenced off and led straight into the deeper section. The sea was also a bit choppy for children. This was a nice hotel but I wouldn't return because of the room issues

Die 5 Sterne weil wir uns als Familie so sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Ann und ihr Team sind wirklich outstanding lieb und freundlich. Wir hatten einen Bungalow der für zwei Wochen ausreichend eingerichtet ist. Vom Hotel aus gelangt man direkt an den Strand und vor dem hotel bekommt man alles was man sucht. Das einzige was man verbessern könnte: mehr kinderhochstühle, es gibt nur einen. Beim Frühstück bekommt man alles was man braucht. Zu Mittag und abends waren wir draußen essen.

Schöne, nicht zu große und nicht zu dicht bebaute Anlage mit Dschungelfeeling. Sehr gut geeignet zum Runterkommen und Relaxen. Schöne große Zimmer, große Terrasse/Balkon, Beacharea mit natürlichem Schatten unter Bäumen. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal.

It wasn't our first time in Khao Lak. And not the first time in this hotel either. We came back because we really liked it last time. Small but nice. And very well located. We had a great room. It was also very quiet in the complex. The breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 'village' with the restaurants, massage and other shops was easily accessible. We were able to relax well. We were super happy with everything and everyone. Thank you very much! We will be back.

the Baan khaolak beachfront resort was a great surprise. The reception manager Kan Rongrueangkul welcomed us warmly and gave us a comprehensive tour of the hotel, which indeed offers high-level accessibility, including several accessible rooms, easy access to the pool and beach, with a beach wheelchair and a lift to the pool. I was really impressed. Although the conditions of this resort are modest. I was amazed by the possibility of staying at such an accessible hotel in a country that is not very accessible.
