Good location close to my work . But very small room and small shower . Thought should have plenty of space being in country side!

The room was like a sauna and there was No air con. So didnt get a wink of sleep. No offer of a cooler downstairs room, I was literally dripping with sweat. They put a cheap plug in fan in there so they know there’s an issue. Was far cooler outside, but the windows only open a couple of inches. When it’s warm outside these rooms are NOT fit for purposes.

The room was very clean and adequate for our needs for a two night stay. The manager, Nancy, was particularly helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and had not booked early check in but she helped us out with this and ensured our room was ready for 12pm on the dot. She was also a mine of useful information on the local area. She really made us feel so comfortable whilst we were away from home. Thank you so much Nancy and Travelodge, we had a fab stay and can't wait to come back, there's still so much to do here that we didn't get done.

Room smelled of urine & zero network coverage to speak of. Wi-Fi has to be paid for which is not worth it as the signal you get it s still rubbish so you are not able to work. Rooms / ceilings are paper thin so you can hear all movements in adjacent rooms.

Really love this hotel really clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful especially Zowie, she was brilliant only had one chair in our room and she sorted that for us as well as more towels and toilet roll.

A well-situated hotel, with easy access to Kidderminster town centre and the ring road. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and modern. The pub on the same car park site served decent food and good beers.

Found the hotel to be basic but unfortunately they did not have a fridge that I could use for the duration of my stay to keep my breast milk fresh for my daughter. I offered to pay to rent one and was told there was none and it could not be kept in the staff fridge.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room spotless and quiet. Have stayed here twice. Value for money. Restaurant next door. Ideally located for visiting nearby towns or even Worcester.

Good value, no frills room but perfectly adequate facilities, very clean, hot shower, comfortable bed, helpful staff at reception - available 24hr. 4 not 5 stars because poor WiFi in my room.
