休閑生態酒店(The Retreat)

Zwei Naechte vor und nach einer Safari in Ruanda bewohnt. Tolle location inmitten eines sehr grünen Wohnviertels. Toller Lounge Bereich mit Bar, outdoor restaurant und ein wunderbarer Pool zum entspannen. Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber. Gute Speisekarte und gut zubereitete Gerichte mit local flavour. Ruanda ist das sauberste und sicherste Land in Afrika. p.s. der Eigentümer hat ein tolles Buch über seine und die Geschichte des Hotels geschrieben. Thousand Hills to Heaven von Josh Ruxin. We stayed 2 nights at The Retreat, a few days apart. The accommodations were stunning - beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Food at The Fusion restaurant and Heaven restaurant were both excellent. One of the nicest hotels we-ve ever stayed at

My stay here has been positive. The staff are very friendly and respectful especially Alice Umutesi, Nina Nziza, Maiga and the rest of the staff here at the Boutique hotel. I will surely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

This hotel is way overpriced. The bathrooms are dirty, and the overall vibe is closer to a hostel than a luxury hotel. I love hostels! But I don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for the privilege in staying in one. Other hotels in Kigali (I stayed in the Serena) offer a much better experience for less than half the price.

Our waitress Mbabazi was wonderful-kind and helpful and professional. Food was delicious and the setting is lovely. The hotel is also very pretty and peaceful. We enjoyed the beef filet and Nile fish stew as well as goat kebabs and scallop starters.

J’ai séjourné à deux reprises au Retreat, en février 2023. Situé dans un quartier très tranquille, ce petit hôtel est un réel oasis de paix. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, pensées dans les moindres détails. L’ensemble du personnel est très accueillant, souriant et attentionné. Tous semblent ravis d’y travailler. Mention spéciale à Happiness et Parfait (quels noms charmants!) pour leur amabilité et leur professionnalisme. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation.

nos quedamos ahi y la verdad es que e Sun hotel que tiene todas las comodidades, los cuartos son muy cómodos, y amplios y muy limpio en todos los sentidos. el gimnasio esta perfectamente comodo. la alberca y el restaurante muy bien. lo unico malo es que el restaurante si tarda mucho la comida y eso es un poco incomodo pero engendra muy buena experiencia.

이런 5성급 호텔 서비스는 처음 받아본다. 내 리뷰 중 처음으로 2점짜리 숙소다. 요약하자면, 장점 : 1. 좋은 시설/ 2. 맛있는 음식 / 3. 수영장과 소금물 단점 : 1. 안내가 끊임없이 바뀌고 그 피해는 오로지 고객몫이다. / 2. 시설관리가 미흡하다. (체크인 직후 수영장커버는 구석에 박혀있었고, 프라이빗 수영장 옆 나무데크는 못이 튀어나오고 분리되곤해서 아기를 보낼 수 없었다.) / 3. 체크인 준비가 덜 되어있었고, 청소상태가 미흡했다.(커피 머그잔 중 하나가 커피가 씼겨있지도 않았고, 웰컴과자도 준비되어있지않았다. 베딩과 욕실에 가족 것이 아닌 긴 머리카락이 있었다.) / 4.숙소에 고객 허락없이 막 들어온다.(체크인 준비를 끝내기 위해 마스터키로 고객의 저녁식사시간에 들어와 웰컴과자와 모기장등을 설치하다가 마주쳤다. 당황스러웠다.) /5. 마사지사가 한명이라 예약 자체가 힘들다. 벨보이 없음. 짐들을 직접 옮겼음. / 6. 직원들간의 소통이 원활하지 않아서 같은 내용을 여러번 해야하고 일처리가 느리다. 체크인 할때도 체크아웃할때도 숙박 가격이 달라지고, 여러번 설명해야했다. 보름전에 예약했음에도 불구하고, 홀서버와 리셉션직원과의 소통이 되지 않아, 풀보드의 기준도 예약금액도 달랐다. 황당하다. 많은 돈을 내고 5성급 호텔에 갔지만 이게 5성급이라니 라는 생각이 많이들었다. 나는 왕대접을 받고자 한적이 없다. 보통의 호텔만큼만 했어도 좋은 시설에서 좋은 시간을 보냈겠지만, 그들은 보통도 하지 못했다.

Un super hôtel avec du personnel à l'écoute, ideal pour se reposer et prendre soin de soi. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon. Un havre de paix à découvrir, n'hésitez plus foncez. From the afrosistas
