毛伊島海灘假日俱樂部酒店(Maui Beach Vacation Club)

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war groß und gleich am Stand. Leider gab es eine Ameisenplage und ein ständiges lautes Summgeräusch in der ganzen Wohnung, dass man kaum schlafen konnte. Nach bestem Bemühen konnten die Mitarbeiter keine Abhilfe schaffen.

This property was good for the price you pay. It has a nice beach across the street and if you walk a little further east, there is a turtle rest area where we saw 10 sea turtles lounging about the sand and water. There is a great fruit stand next to a shaved ice place just down the road which we didnt discover until the end of our stay and wished we stopped by it sooner. The downfalls are there are no ACs in the rooms and the fans were not enough to cool us down. We opened windows but then we heard a lot of noise from the sushi restaurant and even though I love nature, the birds are very loud in the wee hours of the morning. It was nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit but they were loud and had a small load capacity. The washer kept filling with water and spinning endlessly. We had to call someone to come fix it and they were very nice. The pool is very clean and we love the whale design on the bottom. The beds are not very comfortable but they were clean. We fit 5 adults comfortably all weekend in a 2 bedroom unit. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed to cook and serve meals. Although we didn't love the place, we were still content. It was an average experience.

We really enjoyed this place. Check in was friendly and easy. All staff is friendly and helpful. Every morning a team of staff close down the pool before opening and do a whole clean of the area: pool, hot tub, BBQs, chairs, grounds. They test the pool water halfway through each day too. They offer real lei making once a week. Parking was always easy. We had a very convenient ground floor room that walked out to a private artificial turf for grassy area off our lanai. Perfect for our kids. Goes right out to the pool. Had privacy hedges. BBQs were right out our door and we used them frequently. Full kitchen was well stocked with cookware but no pantry items. Fold out sofa was pretty comfortable. The room was great! My only con was no AC but it really wasn’t even needed. There were screened windows on 3 of our 4 walls and airflow was just fine. We went to the pool and hot tub every day, morning, afternoon, and night and enjoyed it every time. Other guests were also always friendly. Just one resident who likes to yell at people at the pool from inside his room. The front desk told me to ignore him and not to let it damper our trip. It’s no 5 star resort but was perfect for our needs. In a pretty convenient location of the island too. We don’t repeat hotels very often but we’d return here again.

It is a great property and we had a wonderful time. There's no A/C, and since I did not know up front about that, we were a little surprised. There is a nice breeze once the windows are opened, and there are ceiling and box fans in the rooms. Overall, I'd definitely stay again.

Spacious and clean room, it comes with washer/dryer as well as a full kitchen! The beach is right across the street, they also have beach gear available to borrow for the day which is convenient! They also have a hospitality for evening flights to allow guests to freshen up before the flight, such a nice gesture! The staffs are so friendly and helpful, highly recommended to stay here.

It’s a decent place, but the biggest drawback is the fact you have your bedroom window adjacent with a foot traffic outside. Literally, no space, no grass or other minor separation. Thus, forget about privacy and quietness. Motel layout, in other words.

The location isnt bad. The property is a little on the older side. No air condition, so you have to open windows to try to cool the room. With that at times was a bit noise outside. Also, the lack of privacy in your room. For the price there's better offer not far from here.

This ranks among the very worst values for my money EVER. First, the good: The front desk clerk was nice and the location was convenient. Plus there is a good, albeit way overpriced sushi restaurant on the property (although that contributes to the parking problem for the rest of us). Second, the bad: NO AIR CONDITIONING. Even with the provided fans, it was like a sauna in the room and it was early May. I can't even imagine how bad it will be in the middle of summer. Also, since there is NO AIR CONDITIONING, the side and bathroom windows are jalousies, which allows the outside sound to enter the room. And it was EXTREMELY NOISY, like a party destination. It kept going after "quiet hours" of 10 pm to 8 am and started as early as SIX IN THE FREAKING MORNING with people yelling and making a lot of noise. Then, there were live roaches in the kitchen, the toilet clogged twice during normal usage and the front desk clerk was gone at 5 pm during the week. One night I had to circle the parking lot for over 15 minutes trying to find a parking spot because the restaurant was full and their patrons were parking everywhere, even though it is posted no to do that. Finally, there was a NINETY DOLLAR "RESORT FEE" added on to the quoted price. You can't rent the room without paying the resort fee (for almost literally nothing addition received), so it is very misleading to quote a rate that isn't the complete charge. THIS WAS A MAJOR LEAGUE RIPOFF. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
